I have been shopping at this location for about 7 years now. Always enjoyed my shopping experiences until yesterday afternoon! Had a basket full of stuff and I sat it on the counter to check out. The employee who was having a conversation with someone on her AirPod decided not to ASK me but to TELL me to empty out the basket so she could ring me out! I was stunned by how her voice altered from nice (on her AirPod) to demanding (to me). A simple please would have been enough for me to assist but I guess I wasn’t her friend, I was simply someone who interrupted her conversation. I would have even been satisfied if she wouldn’t even has spoken to me just ring me up. Literally left the basket full of stuff, Walked out and spent my money down the street at Walgreens.

Went to get one item and decided to use the self checkout. The monitor said an employee would be with me shortly. I noticed two employees who clearly heard the monitor and went STRAIGHT to the back. I waited almost 10 minutes before another employee finally arrived. Such lazy people! I promise it's gonna be a long time before I set foot in that location again.

I had a incident in this store and I’m not sure why they didn’t check on me neither did they do a incident report for me with my husband I had to call risk management to tell them what happened I also been out of work since this accident happened not the district store management tried calling me back to confirm my injuries I have been scared to fall every since then…I’m terrified

This has to be one of the worst Dollar Generals in the state of Louisiana. Boxes everywhere, shelves empty, and can barely walk the aisles. You know if y’all want to actually bring in revenue, it would help to have items on the shelves.

Was in there yesterday when I came across a stack of items waiting to be put out. In that stack were a couple of cases of Edy's ice cream liquefied from melting in the aisle. How disgusting.
