I love dollar tree, but today, I really want to give 5 stars to one of the employees. Her name was Ma’dea. I’m probably totally butchering the spelling on that, but she was very helpful and friendly. I was probably an annoying customer today but she was very patient and helped me with everything I needed. Something in my basket was spilling and she helped me figure out what. I also wanted everything bagged a certain way. A++ to her and the hiring staff because I usually don’t get that kind of service at these sorts of places.

I will also stop coming to this location when ppl don't enjoy there jobs get another one customer service is not your field standing at the register when asked to get checked out the lady rolled her eyes and continued to stock tge shelves then when I went to walk out with the products bc I know that would catch their attention they refuse to check me out I don't steal today ..because I am a changed person thank God for them bc I wanted to do alot more

Very huge store. Not always stocked up but it's bigger than most of all the Dollar Trees in this area

I stopped coming to this location a few years ago bc they were selling empty shelves but i was on this side of Lafayette and decided to pass by. The store shelves are full and organized ... Now we just have to work on the attitudes of workers and their friendliness... Bc Mrs ma'am at the register looked like she was pull out of bed this morning and still hasn't woken up ...she barely spoke but at least she told me to have a good day in the driest voice ever right before I left ????♀️

Absolutely most awful experience at this DT. The aisles were full of boxes, you could hardly pass down the aisles. Rolling carts full of boxes were everywhere. They had ONE register open and there were at LEAST 20 people waiting in line to check out. Yes, I counted. Instead of opening another register, the manager allowed 2 people to go to lunch. One of the girls asked if she needed to stay, she manager shook her finger no at her. The girl repeated her question again asking if she needed to get on a register. The manager finally told her yes get on register #1. People started leaving their baskets in the aisle and leaving. While waiting in line with many others, they decide to start counting the money in the register. I've worked retail, I've managed stores whilst in retail. I know this could've waited. It took approximately 11 minutes to check out one guy, with one soda. His card was not reading. She STILL let the others leave instead of jumping on a register to help reduce the length of the line. I get its Christmas, but never did my stores look this unappealing even during the holidays. This store needs more workers OR better management.

It's always a great shopping time at the dollar tree.. I love when my money goes a long way and I come out with a great bit of high quality items. Of course somethings are of the dollar value but trust me when I say the majority of the items are not. i have a fun time shopping at the dollar tree. 5 stars*****

Friendly staff that continues to work hard. I think sometimes the a/c either overworks or might be out as sometimes the door is open. This dollar tree does a great job of staying organized and neat. When new things come in they occasionally have boxes out, but I have seen that they are prompt in unloading and displaying.
