About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a low-touch rental process with clean, sanitized vehicles from over 7,000 locations. Reviews highlight generally excellent, friendly, and helpful service, with staff described as courteous, professional, and going above and beyond. They work hard to get customers back on the road, turning stressful situations into minor inconveniences. The experience is often reported as smooth and reliable, fostering faithful customers. However, note that the Lafayette airport location may have priority for vehicles, which can sometimes cause wait times for reserved cars at nearby branches despite reservations. Overall, the service is consistently praised as great and five-star.
