The worst experience, the manager is the worst, the car was given to me dirty, and when I went to return it on a Monday first thing in the morning and they charged me for the day, the deposit was not returned to me. When am I supposed to return it if they don’t open on Sundays?

I picked up a rental( blue Chevy Malibu) yesterday at approximately 1pm. The outside of the vehicle was dirty. Did we forget to clean the car? Or do I need to go over there and clean it ?

Being in a wreck where our vehicle gets totaled then needing a rental. This was a great place to go. It was such great fast service being put into a nice vehicle the same day. Matt was so helpful and caring in our time of need. We appreciate him and the service he provided. Also the location is so convenient right off I-10 down the road for anyone to pick up and drop off.

Worst rental company out there. National rep sends me over there for a truck. I get there, and there's no truck. This company must think your time means nothing, so they tell me I have to call around to find one.
