FYI: this location is in the Office Depot. The young girl working there was listening to music in her earbuds and didn't even say hello or how are you. Plus she had an attitude. What happened to customer service and decorum? I really wanted to complain to management.

The FedEx department is one of the worst I’ve dealt with. They cannot scan QR codes. The two ladies who were there the day I went are very rude and unhelpful. They told methey can’t do QR codes that I would have to create a manual label. I then started the paperwork and realized FedEx only gave me a QR code, and I wasn’t sure how to obtain the return address. I asked the lady if she could help look it up and she basically said I would be better off going to another FedEx place. So don’t advertise as a FedEx shipping place if you can’t actually ship FedEx packages with return labels that FedEx provided the customer. It felt very lazy and not up-to-date with the way packaging operates. FedEx should pull their name off that sign with the way that department runs itself.
