FED EX has become the worst. They treat customers like dirt. They loose packages and you have to jump through unlimited number of hoops, then you get some one in another country, only to tell you to call back. I spent hours. They have become unreliable and uncaring. I am changing all my business to UPS. I cannot get any U.S. FedEX help!

Incredibly dishonest on what you need for a passport. Charged me over $230 for the forms I had printed out on my own. Still needed to go to the post office (on my own). Absolutely no help and overall feel I was scammed.

I had a 5K package delivered the wrong address. Support and driver double down it was delivered. Neighbor down the street shows up with my packaged seven hours later. Inept liars. This has happened multiple times and they don't take responsibility.

I've been dropping packages here for 8 years. Never had an issue and they've never wasted my time. They know I have prelabels and take care of it right away. They've never had me wait in line when they know I'm just dropping off. Carlos has always been polite and helpful.

Ask for help said they were busy and sure I'd figure it out. As we turn to leave there is a metal thing in floor my husband fell and not one employee ask are you ok

Always used this FedEx, even when it was Kinko’s, and never had an issue until today. I should have known there would be poor customer service when as soon as I walked in, “Buddy” doesn’t say a word but points at the scale to motion me to place the packages so he can weigh them. This was equipment I was returning back to my company and there were three items but two labels.He started on about “who’s going to pay for the third package” and when I explained that I only had two labels and suggested he put two items in one box, he became frustrated and said, “I can do that but someone is going to pay for that third item.”Finally, I told him I would call the company and they agreed to email him the third label but after only 5 minutes of waiting, Mr. Impatient hollers from across the way, “I still don’t have an email from them.” Soon after he got the email but no charge in attitude, apology, nothing. Actually, he was talking to someone else and I thought he was talking to me so I responded and he snapped, “I wasn’t talking to you!”“Buddy” if you don’t like your job, please do us a favor and work someplace else.

After trying to use the self "QUICK" print and go, I was at the kiosk struggling for about 20 minuts. (It was also very obvious that I was struggling because I was so mad I physicly shook the machine. Not my best moment...) And still, I got no help.If you need help, YOU have to be the one to go OUT OF YOUR WAY. Absolutely horrible service. Would NOT recommend if you are in a hurry.The only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 is because they were nice, once I went to the counter, but again took another 5minuts before I got what I needed.

Made a trip to FedEx today to ship several large & oddly shaped items. Torey & Blake were AMAZING! So helpful & took great care of breakable items. It was a large & time consuming undertaking & we could not be more grateful for their help! We have always been extremely pleased with the customer service at this location. Talk about employees who don’t care about customers satisfaction. I was refused service because I didn’t have return address on 6 boxes that were prepaid labels. I’m very unhappy with my treatment

I use this store almost daily and have never had a problem.I find the staff very friendly and helpful although it is a very busy store.
