I would not recommend doing any kind of mechanical work to this firestone . Them young guys don’t know a DAM THING about an engine. If you are looking for a good mechanic I recommend TRIPLE T 2010 north Main Street. ST . MARTINVILLE.LA

Came in with a minor problem and left with major problems. Now I am stranded and has to walk home and have my vehicle towed. I called and tried to speak with the mechanic that worked on my vehicle but all they would say is we don't think he did anything. The manager that's there now is nothing like the previous managers that have been there in the past and I have a recording of the employees complaining about h and his extended lunch breaks and bank runs!

Counter staff seemed completely overwhelmed. One guy whos name starts with A. was carrying all the work load and doing the best he could.

When I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I learned that my front tires needed to be replaced and the rear tires had some dry rot. So I decided to replace all four tires and Robert got me the best deal with a discount. The work was done quickly and Freddy the mechanic who changed my tires, even asked me if I had a preference on whether I wanted the white lettering or black lettering on the tires to face out. I didn't know that a customer had a choice, so it was just another reason why I keep going back to this Firestone location. I'm always kept informed on the progress of my repairs, all my questions are answered and the crew is friendly and professional. I'd recommend these guys to anybody looking for an excellent service and a friendly staff that cares about their customers.
