I love Forever 21. But the one in Lafayette, LA was so disappointing and dirty. That poor store needs a complete overhaul and a cleaning crew. The dressing rooms look more like truck stop bathroom stalls. The walls were filthy, gum stuck to them, it’s awful. We didn’t even buy anything because we didn’t want to be in the dressing rooms.

Had a very negative experience...I get anxious in stores and the worker Nelly was very rude. I couldn't find anything and I felt forced to buy something I didn't like. Beyond that I found her very unprofessional. Didn't smile or anything..

The staff was lovely, especially the assistant manager Jasmine. She personally helped me with all of my needs and then some. Also the store was clean and organized. Will be coming again.
