Horrible, rude, and obnoxious worker. Called me and a friends out for putting a book back because he said we were stealing it. Yelled at us and said he would call the cops. Said they would believe him over anything we said. If I could, I would give them a negative review. Never going back. I always go there everytime I go to the mall. But now, no. They need to shut down or fire that man. He's always watching and making everyone uncomfortable. Doesn't do anything but fuss at people. He literally only stands in the middle of the store. Now, I understand that people steal all the time, but I didn't walk out with it, I didn't steal it. I buy from there all the time, and suspecting everyone of stealing is trashy. Saying he had the cops outside if I wanted, is terrifying. Ruined me and my friends WHOLE day. Moral of the story, be a better person I guess. Don't be that guy.

Staff is extremely rude. I love the stuff in the store, but they definitely should evaluate their employees who represent them.

cashier # 296024 was horrible! absolutely rude to me and my sister in law. every time we come he has an attitude and apparently most of the other reviews agree. he needs to be fired. 0 customer service. My sister in law went up to check out, the cashier told her the total, and he asked for an email. she said no thank you, and he said “your email is no thank you?” some people are just miserable. bad attitude the whole transaction.

Nothing like it used to be. Barley any movies and music selection. Overpriced at that. Most of the store has the same junk GameStop carries besides games. That they can't seem to get rid of either.

Went on a Friday in May 2024. The items here are just so over priced. We compared prices online with other places and found FYE to sometimes be $3-5 more or even double the price than elsewhere.
Alot of this store is anime now. There's a section of CDs but didn't want to pay the asking price when most music you can access online now. There is a small section of DVDs as well and some board games.
I could see this place going out just based on being overpriced.

I love walking around this store and have been there multiple times. But the last time I visited the cashier was EXTREMELY rude! He asked me if I wanted to sign up my email and I asked if I had too, his response was “Not if you want us to go out of business”. COMPLETELY uncalled for! Then he kept tapping the card reader with a stick he had in his hand, while rolling his eyes at us. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at any store!

Cashier was not very friendly or talkative and made the interaction very awkward. The vinyls here are very overpriced and don't offer much, to be expected. Will not visit again.
