My wiper blades are so terrible and they said they are good. There was oil fingerprints left on my door handle and interior. And why do I have to pay Giles to scan and store the invoices that the government requires each company to retain?

I have been dealing with this company for many years. I did business mainly because of my godsons father you use to work the company. There have been times I was not so pleased. One incident I wanted to change all 4 tires, when I was told they should be changed soon. But, I was told wait two months. I left the dealership parking lot and almost home my tire gave out. This is one of many stories I could tell. Some not so good. I have been a loyal person. I go in every six months. When I say I want full service. Please do everything that needs to be done I mean it. This time, I was not even explained the dynamics of what needs to be done in the future. Other times I was told that it something that could wait even though I felt it should be done now. Its one thing with bad customers make a spectacle of themselves. Its another when you are not treated with the dignity and concern that should be given. BTW, there were times I was pleased. So there is good. There is not so good.

Brandon Reeves is the service manager and he has done an excellent job of taking care of his customers. I was a lil upset with my service writer but after dealing with the manager they have gone above and beyond to take care of my service needs and I will be back. Thank you Sir for an excellent experience in customer service!

Atmosphere: Ladies working the service area were not openly rude but they did not have an inviting attitude.Service: Unable to speak to an actual mechanic about the problem. Everything is through text which works if you're an introvert but even still it gives no real explanation of what's going on with your car. Experience: Brought my car over because I was having a/c issues that could possibly cause my engine to overheat. Then I get a text telling me that they did a standard diagnosis and the fan needs to be replaced and sent a text asking if I want to approve a $1300 service. When I called to learn more, I couldn't reach an actual mechanic. I was sent a number to text. Which got me nowhere and no real answers. But the icing on the cake was the fact that when I went to pick up my car, they brought it to me with the a/c blasting!! So I'm having issues with the a/c and you bring it to me blasting! And I know for a fact it was off when I brought it because I was worried about it overheating my engine! So either they lied about the issue or were intentionally trying to sabotage my car to force me to pay that ridiculous amount.Positive: They work quickly.

I was greeted at the door in a courteous, timely manner. My car was having some weird, electrical issues. I wasn’t hopeful of a diagnosis, because it was a hit and miss issue with the start/stop feature. I explained my issue, was asked some questions for them to understand the issue better. I felt heard. My “maintence due” light was on as well. So I asked if they could change that while it was there.When I made my appointment I asked about a loaner or an option to get home after I dropped my car. They professionally told me they don’t have the inventory for a loaner, but if my drop off location was within 10 or so miles they could drop me off! After I explained my issue, I told them I would need a ride. I waited maybe 10 minutes before they told me my ride was ready.Once I was in the car, the employee that brought me home was very professional. We made small talk the whole way home, and he drove carefully.My drop off time was 10:00 a.m. I was contacted about 4:30 p.m. via text that my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, the weird electrical issue didn’t happen for them. However, they did say they reset my start/stop system, and it cleared a couple of codes that had previously popped up. They offered to keep my car until the next day to test drive it and see if those issues would happen again, but I declined because I needed my car back for work.When I came to pick up my vehicle, check out was very prompt. The oil change was very affordable! I honestly thought it would be more expensive happening at a dealership. When I got my car back, it was clean, and everything was right where I left it.Since having my car back, the start/stop is now working properly, and I’ve had none of those weird electrical “blips” happen. I think resetting that program actually fixed whatever was happening. ??♀️Thank you to the team at Giles Nissan! I bought this car from Mike Walton through the Previously Owned lot, and honestly every experience I’ve had with this company has been top notch! I will definitely return!!

Giles doesn’t communicate properly, I was told I would get free tires for life upon purchase of a brand new car, but there are conditions you have to meet in order to qualify that were never discussed or emphasized. My car has been having technical issues since purchasing, there is a recall on my vehicle and Giles doesn’t have anything in place yet to fix the issue. There express service isn’t express, took their team over an hour to replace two front tires and an additional hour to complete an alignment. I came early this morning when there was only one vehicle ahead of me. This is my second day here because the day before when I came the Giles team failed to complete all of the work to my vehicle in a timely manner. I told two employees I wanted new tires and instead of doing the work then, they gave me a quote and sent me on my way.

Cameron was great in sales. However after having my new car I realized the vehicle is smaller than I realized during my test drive. I called to return my car and cancel my trade in and was told it couldn’t be done. I only had the car 3 days, from my perspective this should easily be doable. So with that I can’t recommend Giles or use them for future purchases.

came from out of town to purchase a vehicle. mid way through the financing from my own financial institution, they called to say the vehicle was sold because someone put a down payment on the same vehicle. never will I do business with this dealer ever again.

the phone service was horrible it took 30 mins jus to purchase a part , I was transferred several times no one answer .. management needs to improve these needs for business
