Beautiful new facility. I told salesman that I was just looking, that my old car needed work and I wanted to know what car I wanted IF I had to buy one. He tried to pressure me into buying one right then. The manager test drove my old car and kept my keys to make us wait a long time before we could leave, then he came to talk to us. It felt like I was at a timeshare sale, where they're trained to hold you up and pressure you in hopes that you'll cave. A few days later, I learned I needed to replace my car and bought a car elsewhere, from a very nice no-pressure salesman.

Had a fantastic experience with Giles for the 2nd time!
We returned to purchase our 2nd Subaru from them and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Christian, Chris, Troy, and Dennis did everything they could to make it happen and it did! And from 2 hours away, they truly provide a Ritz Carlton experience, that is why we came back and will keep going back to Giles Subaru! Thank you for always taking care of our family!

I Always have an excellent service experience at Giles Subaru. Great customer service!
However, so much money spent on this big beautiful new dealership and there are no changing tables in the main waiting areas bathroom or the service areas bathroom this is the second time in two weeks that I have brought my baby with me and changed her on the counter next to the sink (in the main waiting area bathroom) and today on the ground (in the service area bathroom)
Such a small overlooked thing to most people makes a big difference to a mom or dad who has to bring their little one with them when they get a service.

We had such a pleasant shopping experience at Giles Subaru and most of the credit goes to Brady Sturm who helped us select a vehicle. He was so knowledgeable about all of the features on all of the cars we looked at which made it easier to narrow down to our final choice. The facility is very clean and everyone we met was friendly. No pushiness and it was a very laid back shopping event. And of course, we love our Subaru as this is our 3rd one in a row. We drove our first for 89,000 miles before trading it in and we never had a single service visit for it except for regular maintenance. This was the first dealership we visited when looking for our new car and we never left to go anywhere else. After meeting Brady, we knew we were going to purchase our new vehicle from him.

The worst buying experience EVER ... I would
‼️NEVER NEVER‼️buy from Giles Subaru In Lafayette again. Long story short . My daughter was APPROVED for an auto loan. Our sales person's Christian and Tiffany very patient and professional awesome .. 3 hours before driving an hour and half. I received a phone call that the vehicle was sold . How could this happen ? It was already approved and insurance provided the morning of. Only a manager can override such an approval. I asked CHRIS when I arrived at the dealership who sold the vehicle and it was quite obvious.. Knowing everything was already in place for her to sign paperwork that day A clear answer was never given by CHRIS which was very unprofessional and unfair. (His face expression said it all )We had previously sold my college daughter's car the day before. So we were out of her vehicle and the vehicle she was purchasing that day. We had no choice but to continue the trip to the Lafayette Subaru location. CHRIS said he would make it right .‼️ LIES‼️We get to the dealership and we had 2 choices an old 2014 Avalon which was a joke and a Kia suv which both vehicle was not something she wanted. We were there to sign paperwork for a Honda Civic. Why would CHRIS override an APPROVED vehicle for one customer in order to satisfy another customer. What made them so much better than us.Why wouldn't he offer them the two vehicles he offered to us. Since no one's application was attached to the Avalon and Suv Kia he tried to sell us. After almost 4 hours of disappointed searching for a vehicle. Which should have been an hour trip just to sign paperwork for a Honda .Christian and Drake was able to help us find a vehicle . Our 3 sales people that help us fix this MESS of a purchase. Christian,Tiffany and Drake were amazing !!! To say CHRIS is the general manager. His actions was one of a very unprofessional and unethical salesman. Ended with Purchasing a vehicle with a higher note then intended for my college daughter. Thanks CHRIS great job on screwing us. You should be proud.
