Went to all three giles service places about a "limited warranty " they all said they couldn't take care of my vehicle to go to the next place no one gave me reason of anything. Rather deal with Navarre in lake charles

Kreg was great. I had actually moved on to another auto brand, but his persistence in reaching out to see if there was anything else that Giles could do to earn my business led my and I to circle back. We now own a beautiful XC 40.

This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever been to. The employees are rude and the service department is is even worse. I have taken my car for the exact same problem 5 time's and it has yet to be fixed. They told me it was the brakes so I payed $600 for a brake job, problem not fixed. Then they said it was the tires, $1,400 new tires, problem still not fixed. Last time I brought it they had my vehicle 72 days!! When I got the car back not only was the problem not fixed but it was 10 times worse, SMH. I honestly cannot understand how a Volvo dealer cannot diagnose properly nor fix a Volvo vehicle. I have been extremely patient but now that I have been raising a fuss about the whole ordeal i get a random bill a month later for $1,300 for them repainting the entire front end of the car because of (Bug Damage). I am honestly just done with the dealership and will take the car to Houston from now on. Please just be aware if purchasing from this dealership. I have seen multiple customers angry, yelling,and complaining about multiple trips to get their cars repaired to no avail.

Went to Giles Volvo over the weekend to look into trading up from our 2019 XC90 with 18k miles to a newer model. Unfortunately I can't say it was a pleasant visit. We stood at the entrance and waited to be greeted when a salesman stood up and asked what we needed. We attempted to explain the reason for our visit, but it became very clear that we were being blown off. He walked away and came back to tell us we can walk the lot and look around but they were all too busy to help us. Wow, of all my years of buying and leasing new cars, I have never been greeted so poorly. Riley, a new salesman, later came out and was very attentive. If it wasn't for Riley I would have given this place a 1 star. We went there ready to do business that day, but the terrible initial customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and kept me from doing business with Giles. If I ever were to return for any reason, I would only deal with Riley. He seemed to be the only one that understood good salesmanship and I would refer anyone to him.

I went here this past weekend (07/09/2022) looking to upgrade my XC90 and my experience was not pleasant! After initial greetings from one employee that was with another customer. This same employee asked me what I was there for because they were all pretty busy. WHAT?! Even if that is the case when is it ever okay to tell ANY customer that. There was so many other ways that could have went. He then shows us the 4 new XC90's they have on the lot and unlocks the door for me to go look at. About 10 minutes later the new guy Riley I think his name was came out to assist us and answer basic questions. Of course I had a ton of more questions that a vet would be able to answer immediately and I did not want to play the back and forth game with the new guy having to go ask for the answer to all my questions. Riley was really nice and of course wanted to do his best to help me. I had more questions and Riley did go ask the sales manger who I could see through the glass window office answering him in a brush off type of manner. This is not the type of place or people I would like to do business with. There was absolutely no interest from anyone including the sales manger who wanted to do serious business with me. The entire experience was unwanted by the dealership. Thankfully there is All Star Volvo of Baton Rouge that would be happy to assist me. (Im only giving one star because it is a requirement. My rating is 0!)

Do NOT bring your car here to get serviced. You will be charged the maximum price for minor things like oil changes and tire rotations. And after all that, my girlfriend left the shop and the sensors (the issuse she was there for) wasn't even addressed. $700 later and the initial problem was not even fixed. Awful experience.

10 out of 10! My wife and I were shopping for suvs and Giles Volvo outclassed everyone else we tried to deal with by a mile! Friendly. Knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more pleased with our car buying process

I missed my appointment time by hours. They accommodated me- even WITH a loaner. My vehicle was returned- serviced, clean and vacuumed in a timely fashion! Very pleased the service today.

The experience at Volvo in Lafayette, LA was excellent. Initially, I was unfamiliar with the process and did not know that my warranty administrator required several steps within completing a claim for repairs. However, Volvo took care of every single phase of the process from start to finish and I paid absolutely nothing out of pocket in the end!!! WINNING!!!
