This daycare not only felt like home to us, it felt very natural to trust every single teacher/staff member to take care of my child everyday. I never worried any day or time about my child's safety or if they were getting the love they needed to grow. I can't thank this daycare enough for everything they have taught and instilled into my children while they were there. My youngest was definitely prepared for Kindergarten especially because she was nurtured & taught by Mrs. Tina in Pre-K. I definitely recommend this daycare if you're looking for the "tried & true" type of place.

Guchereau is like family! They taught so much to my son and treated him like he was their own.

Guchereau was highly recommended to us by friends, family and work colleagues, and we have had such a great experience. ? Both of our babes started at the beginning of 2022 and learned so much from their wonderful and caring teachers. Our 2 year old is now with Ms. Tina/Ms. Tammy and she absolutely loves them (as do we). Our oldest, now 5, was taught by Ms. Connie/ Ms. Tina before he started “big school” and I truly have only the best things to say about each of these ladies, Kristy and Taylor and all the staff I’ve been able to get to know over the past couple years. Ours has been an experience I would wish for every parent who needs a village - the feeling of familiarity/love/comfort, our kids have home cooked meals everyday, substantial nap time (this is huge for us!!) and outside time. Most of all, when we drop our kids off before work, we have peace that they are being cared for and love their environment and THIS is priceless for a us!! Thank you!

A phenomenal daycare ! My kids have been going to Guchereau’s for almost a year. It’s been an absolute pleasure to move them and haven’t looked back once. They’ve learned quite a bit more compared to the last place they were at. While my two can be a bit rowdy, you can tell that the staff there are very passionate about everyone’s children who attends!

Teachers are inconsiderate and rude to children and parents. The office personnel just want money.

We are in Mrs. Tina’s Pre-K class and me and my husband along with my daughter love her. Her classroom is always super clean, smelling fresh and we are always greeted with a smile! We can’t say enough good things about Mrs. Tina and the care and education she provides. This has always been present since the beginning.Since the takeover, we have disliked how their entire class goes into another classroom at the end of the day. Our daughter has been sick twice since this has happened. This may or may not be a coincidence. What are the disinfecting procedures that take place? Is the classroom our pre-K kids go into disinfected when the previous kids leave, before our kids enter? And then after our kids leave to prepare for the younger kids for the next day? If not, this needs to be addressed. None of this has been made clear to us as parents from management. We also had a teacher that my child grew to also love that one day wasn’t there anymore. Although I don’t know the circumstances, I don’t agree with management not informing the parents of this and that a new teacher would now be in the classroom. There was no text, email, or introduction of the new teacher to my knowledge. These are our children, we should know who is taking care of them and what their background is in childcare.I have a son who is now 12 years old that went to Guchereau in Pre-K and was very happy with the institution so that is why our little girl is now there. The teachers he had were employed there for 20+, 10+, and 6+ years at the time which really was a testament as a parent to how much they really enjoyed where they worked. Mrs. Laurie was always present and welcoming. However, if the turnover of teachers becomes a constant, many parents including myself will not be comfortable and wonder the “why” behind it.I hope these points are truly considered and taken constructively to keep Guchereau’s standard of care at the level it has been for many decades. Thank you!

I have had a little one at Guchereau’s for the past five years. The teachers are the best and take great care of the kiddos.

Our 20 month old LOVES this daycare! He has learned so much in the few months that he has been here compared to our previous daycare. His teachers have been very supportive and have GREAT communication with parents!

My daughter just joined Guchereau's a few months back. She is 21months and this is her 1st time at daycare. As a first time parent, I was VERY nervous and didn't know what to expect. Natasha (director) was super transparent and helped me every step of the way. My daughters teachers, Staci and Christiana are AMAZING! my daughter every morning starts saying her teachers names in excitement to head to daycare. The whole staff is great and very helpful. I see a HUGE difference in my daughters development since beginning at Guchereau's and I can not wait to continue with them as she grows. She is saying her numbers 1-10, knows her shapes, Colors, and sings along with her alphabet. I'm very impressed with the work they do over here and if I could give them a 10 start rating I would. If you're contemplating sending your child to a new daycare or just beginning like I was, I HIGHLY recommend sending your little one here.

All 3 of my daughters went to Guchereau's and we loved it. The staff is caring and friendly, especially Martika, Tina & Tammy, and you can tell they have years of experience working with children. The girls were prepared for school when they went because of the learning environment they provided. It was the perfect home-away-from-home for my little ones!

We have sent our child to Guchereau for a little over two years now and have been very pleased. The teachers treat the children very well and the school offers a lot of other activities such as transporting the children to dance classes, bringing in professionals to do speech assessments, and other fun activities during the summer. The school was also incredibly helpful during the potty training process and in helping to reinforce learning numbers and letters.

This facility is fantastic. Always clean and awesome teachers. The 1 star review does not properly reflect this learning center. (All children get sick and many times children can go undiagnosed for many days without realizing they have an illness.) Love Guchereau and cant thank them enough for their services they are currently providing my little one.

Seemed like a nice enough daycare, I liked the idea of my 2 year old learning instead of essentially just being babysat. I expected her to get sick. I did not expect her to get the flu and RSV at the same time. She was only going part time, two days a week. After being sick with an ER visit and breathing treatments/steroids I finally took her back to daycare after a week and a half break. Upon picking her up I received a flyer notifying me that there was an RSV outbreak in my daughters building. I called to see if every other parent got that flyer that day or if they had gotten it earlier. I was informed that the flyer was from last week and that there were no more reported cases. If I was given this information at the same time as everyone else, I would not have brought her to daycare. No problem emailing me when youre about to take money out of my bank account, but couldn't email me about a serious illness outbreak. The same day she went to daycare she started coughing. I took her to the doctor the next day and was told she was flu and RSV positive. If it isnt scary enough for your toddler to get these serious illnesses at the same time, I also have a 9 month old. When I called Natasha to tell her how upset i was about all of this, all she had to offer me was "I'm sorry she got sick." If this facility is disinfected properly, that must mean that RSV positive and flu positive children that are contagious are allowed to go to daycare. This is a health hazard, it is dangerous, and this facility does not care about the health or safety of your children.
