I experienced air loss in one of my tires and had previously taken my vehicle to Giles for inspection during normal maintenance. Initially, I was told there were no issues with the tire. A month later, after having to revisit, I was informed that a nail had punctured it, necessitating the purchase of two new tires—one for the nail and the other to ensure even wear. I requested a patch for the tire since my upcoming tire replacement fell under the tires-for-life program, but I was told it couldn't be patched for safety reasons. This seemed convenient for them, as it meant the tire program wouldn't have to cover the cost. I was then informed that the tires were out of stock and would take 2-3 days to arrive. Unsatisfied with this response, I decided to visit Hebert Tire & Auto. With my tire losing air rapidly, I needed a solution, even if it meant purchasing a new tire. At Hebert Tire & Auto, I was welcomed by friendly and eager staff who quickly found the screw in my tire and confirmed that it could be patched! Their team is both knowledgeable and reliable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and what options were available. My tire was patched promptly, and I was back on the road safely! I've certainly found my go-to shop for all my tire and auto repair needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them above all others! Thank you, Hebert Tire & Auto Team!

I absolutely love bringing my car to get their oil changed. Tires rotated over here! It’s family owned family, friendly, very clean. The staff is beyond helpful. Any question you have they have an answer for.

These are people of integrity. They can be trusted. If they cannot meet your needs, they will tell you and then recommend a business that can. If you give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Hebert Tire completely saved me out of a bind today and would not even allow me to pay them in return!! Ran to my rescue & then got my vehicle in and out. Might I mention all personnel so kind & polite! This type of service can’t be beat! Forever grateful for their generosity!

I went today just to check the air in my tires. As usual they jumped right on it and I was out in minutes. I have used Hebert’s for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Great service and reasonably priced. This is a family owned business… they care about the people they service … definitely try and use locally owned businesses… they also support our community in return !!!
