“Stayed here over the U of L graduation weekend. They had decorated the seating area by the entrance to show support for the college grads, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, and they provided plenty of towels. There was a good-sized closet to hang clothes and store luggage, as well as plenty of drawer space. I was also surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite the full parking lot. I thought for sure there would be some loud party noises, but there was nothing. I will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again when I am in the area.”

“Perfectly Fine location for a nights stay when you’re traveling.Mitzi at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and accommodating for us.The rooms, like most Best Westerns I have stayed in, are very clean but slightly outdated and the bathrooms always feel rushed and you can feel some fixtures wobble with a slight push. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.If you want some nearby food. You CANNOT miss Bon Temps Grill for dinner and Hub City Diner for lunch.Safety: Area felt completely safe. I was on a 3 week long road trip during my stay here and it was one of the safer feeling locations we stayed in.Walkability: Not A Very Walkable Area. Probably best to have a car or expect to Uber unless you want to walk to just a couple of nearby spots.”

“The front desk is very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff varies by day but we had one knock on our door while we had the DND sign out and our baby was sleeping; she rudely told us not to set our trash outside the door. This is common practice in hotels when you don't want turndown service but need the trash emptied. Other than that, we had great service during our stay. I will say that this hotel does not offer breakfast and does not have a pool. That's our fault for not checking before check in but just a heads up for anyone who might see this and is expecting breakfast.”

“The manger is a great guy. He has helped so many people out including me and my family. Haven't really got to meet the owners personally. They do seem like nice people though. Rooms are the cheapest around for both nightly and weekly rates. The rooms are a lil small and not that very nice, but for the rates they charge I feel you get your monies worth.”

“Our room was nice, clean and had really comfy beds. It is in the process of being renovated and our row of rooms were done. We felt safe there. We did not see any homeless people. There was a nice area to walk your dog out back of the motel.”

“This is very well-maintained hotel just off the highway 49 and 10.
The receptionist Valerie was on duty both evening at check-in and the next morning and she was very pleasant and professional.
Convenient, free parking
FYI- good and beverage options are a short drive away
Rooms: Overall room size was very comfortable and well-maintained. There were no towel bars in the bathroom, however nor was there a grab bar which I thought was the BestWestern standard.”
