Katrina at this location needs a reality check and a lot of customer service training. I won’t disclose the details of this interaction due to an on going dispute with corporate, but if any future employers are looking to hire her, I would think twice, and save yourself the trouble, as a business owner myself, she would have been immediately terminated. After a recent motorcycle accident I crutched myself into the Scott branch to cash a check from an insurance company that was drawn on this bank. I was asked for my ID and social security number, but when I started to tell them my number they said that they needed to see my actual social security card! I asked if any of them carried their S.S. cards with them and of course, nobody answered. So I limped out to my truck and took a look at their policy, which does not mention a S.S. card requirement to cash a check. I then called the next nearest location and they were as stunned as I was and also mentioned that this branch is known for being a pain in the @$$ with things like that. I drove over to this other branch and I was taken care of in a matter of a few minutes. I'll never use the Scott branch again and I hope they get to see this review. Hopefully it will have some sort of impact and First Horizon will straighten out those mean old ladies and have them stick to policy.

I want Iberia back. 1st Horizon has been nothing but a headache ever since they took over my mortgage. I call and asked if I could drop my payment off at the drive-through window. The lady said I could and I told her I did not receive a bill that’s why I wanted to drop it off. I get to the bank and she says you have to have the bill or they can’t take my payment. What the hell.

After 10+ years of banking with Iberia bank I think it is time to find a new bank. Over the last year or so Iberia bank has merged with first horizon and the changes made have been for the worst. The new staff members are extremely rude and uncaring and the old staff members have no choice but to fall in line or be canned like the others who have previously disagreed with changes.In my 10 years of banking here, I had not had a single case of fraudulent charges until recently. On November 24th of last year someone took our card information and ran a test charge. We noticed and alerted Iberia instantly and were told that until it was a real charge and not a pending charge nothing could be done. The pending charge went away.A few weeks later in December a real charge hit for Google ads. We have NEVER used googles ads. We called and they then cancelled the card and launched an “investigation”. Shortly afterwards, they told us we would not get our money back because we had made purchases to Google before (literally twice in my 10 years of banking) and started a payment subscription. I explained to them that Google has different operations and if they looked at the charges they would see the two were not related. They did not care about this and stuck with their decision. Merry Christmas, right?Don at the bank was supposed to relay more information to their “investigation” department and give me a call back after -seeming- to finally understand the issue. I gave this a few months and left a few messages and never got a call back. (This is the same man who tried to convince my wife that I had spent the money without her knowing, and the same man that is always “with a customer” when we call, which usually means he’s out by his truck smoking a cigarette.)So here we are… Nearly 6 months later. My wife and I decided to take this through BBB. The excuses and loopholes that Iberia tried to hop through to get around this BBB complaint and look like Saints was absolutely unbelievable! I ended up having to screenshot everything going back to November. Luckily I had numerous screen shots of Iberia acknowledging this issue November 25th, despite them claiming to BBB they didn’t know about it until December 8th. This one only one of the many inaccuracies in their story that screenshots proved incorrect. It is disgusting how dishonest they are to loyal customers!After providing these screen shots giving the same information I gave Don in December to BBB, Iberia bank had no leg left to stand on to support their lies. We woke up a few days later to the charge finally credited. It took 6 months and a war to get back a fraudulent charge on what should have been an extremely easy case. After 6 months of having to conduct my own investigations and being lied to you would think I would have gotten some sort of apology. Nope. Iberia bank will not even respond to the BBB claim at this point. The letter admitting fault was not even sent through BBB. But you better believe their previous inaccuracies and lies were! Of course they don’t want to publicly admit they made a mistake and then made every attempt to cover it up rather than fix it!Seriously guys, don’t open an account here. There are much better and much more honest places. I’m at a loss of words on how unethical this company has become.

Went to a different location and had a horrible experience, so I drive 30 miles out the way to come to this location. And had an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, thank you.

They where slow, they had 2 people pull up after us and both got their things done before they cashed our check then tried to say I needed my grandpas ID to get the money because it was a check he gave me but it was written to me so why would I need his ID , that makes writing a check pointless when he had to be here anyway. They have terrible service.

I needed funds the most after hurricane Laura, I tried to deposit a check and they put it on hold for over 12 days days due to their “policy”. They prefer to stick to their unnecessary policies rather than being loyal to their customer of 7 years.

Everytime I have to put some in the night deposit box there's never any envelopes. Not impressed I only have a loan with iberia and they wanted me to switch to bank with them. Well don't think so!
