“Location isn't too bad considering it's lafayette. Plenty of parking at the location even for larger vehicles. Walk in and you get greeted instantly. Place looks a little dated inside but they have a decent selection of items to look at. We went in to order an engagement ring and from start to finish it was seamless and quick. Mrs. Kayti was super nice throughout the process. We got notified the second it came in via phone and email. The ring ended up having to be brought back for a size adjustment. Had a few miscommunications with that process and took 2 weeks longer than initially told. They apologized many times for the situation and gave us a small engagement gift which was nice. Overall would recommend even with the mix up due to the professionalism and kindness.”

“Intrigue jeweler has many beautiful pieces. They also can customize jewelry to anyone’s personal preference . I have been purchasing jewelry with Intrigue for over ten years. I can honestly say that I have received great customer service from the time I started visiting their store without fully having intentions of purchasing at the time. I have purchased wedding bands etc. Not one item that I have purchased ever once had any issues. Issues such as, the clarity of diamonds revealing any flaws nor color distortions. If something may have needed repairs, intrigue always was able to restore my jewelry back in a timely manner. I have not once felt dissatisfied from any of my purchases with them and I will continue to do business with them in the near future!!!!”
