All MetroPCS stores employees do not handle business like these supposed to we call to get support and they hang up in your face 12/23/24. Call to ask questions on Evangeline Thruway in the man hung up in my face do not want to call back because I don't want to lose my cool and go off on him letting him know that is disrespectful. 2 MetroPCS owner train your employees because what you don't know is that they're not doing their job how you wanted them to.

I want to thank Ty for helping me activate my phone but also taking the time to make sure I wasn't being over charged and taken advantage of. He stayed past when the store closed to make sure all my issues were handled. You're a rock star and deserve a promotion,Ty!

This is the best Metro by T-Mobile store in Louisiana, I went to the other locations in Lafayette and even New Iberia I was treated rudely and not greeted at all.
I was treated with respect at this store!
This store knows business is a courtesy. So if you're in need of a new phone at great prices, look no further! Be sure to see Sinelka! She is so nice! Tell her Mechanical Solutions sent you!

I had an awful experience on the 22 of February. They over charge me an was speaking in their language for the English ppl not to understand. If I cannot fix this with them tomorrow I will b getting in touch with corpred. I never experience this with them before . The new lady that was working with the crimson hair will jip u right under your nose. This does not make NY sense. I'm very disappointed

I bought a chip and they said the coverage was very good, which was a vile lie, outside of Lafayette I don't have a signal, that's why I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT METRO BY T-MOBILE

A young guy waited on me .he was kind polite and helpful even though he was a little under the weather. He was great! The other employees were awesome too when I went before and enquired about the phone plans I'm glad i went with them
