Customer service person was not helpful even after we were told to go there regarding phone by T-Mobile. She told us to go back to T-Mobile. Now Metro person on phone said we need to go back to Metro and get help. Why can't anyone help us?????

I do not recommend this store at all. The "salesperson", SANDRA, was extremely rude. She didn't even offer to look up my account. The store was empty and every customer that was not Latino was rushed out of the store. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other location in the area.

Would like to give 0 stars. This place needs to learn customer service. They never have change. They lie about prices. And they act like their face would break if they smiled. We have to leave and break our own $20 at another business just to pay our bill every month.

We have use this phone service for over 5 years. And have had nothing but great service from them. the price is perfect for phone and tablet plan we have. We will continue to use metro by t-mobile always abd the customer service gentleman we had to help us the last time we were in the store for a upgrade was we so wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience we could have. I hope to see him again real soon such a pleasure that shopping evening was

I like metro a lot, because if it weren't for them, I wouldn't be able to call my husband offshore. I live near Alexandria and drive almost an hour and a half away just to come with Yoani who's been working at this location ever since I started with the service! He's always nice and takes his time setting up my phone, never in a rush. Awesome customer service!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I switched from another carrier who told me that my Galaxy S10e was not compatible . She said my hard drive was the problem.
