Bad covering and data.
We thought Metro by T-Mobile had a great covering and data, but we were wrong. After calling customer service 6or7 times complaining about bad covering, restarting, and resetting our network multiple times, our data and covering were still bad.
We visited then the Metro store, to give Metro a last chance, she didn't even want to look in the system if she could help us with a stronger signal, but just told us we should deal with it, having data and signal which doesn't work, at home we had absolutely no data at all and couldn't receive or send text messages, well a week with Metro and we are now back with our old provider AT&T guess what: now our data works great everywhere we are. Never Metro again, just bad covering and bad customer service!!! Superbad experience there ; only cost us a lot of money and time!!! 😤🫣

My least favorite store due to customer service. I rather drive out the way to another location than to deal with the employees here.

If I could rate this store a zero star I would, I went in to port my number over and to get a new phone which was on promotion for $99, I do understand that there are taxes, activation fee, and first month of service, but the worker quoted me nearly $400 and when I tried to get an understanding of what I was being charged for she started saying it came out that way because of taxes and activation, when I got home I realized she had not given me a receipt, so I called and she texted a copy of the receipt, she had added a case, a speaker, and a charger none of which I asked for, she said that she had to add those things so that I could get the promotion, she lied and now I'm stuck with those charges, she said she did me a favor because otherwise I would be paying full price, I will never give them my business again, and I will tell others the same, SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Every time I go there they are late opening the store. No apologies, just a I don't give a damn look. People are busy and time is important.

Every number that was listed in the phone book I called and the computer answered saying that the messages were full and could not take any more messages!!! If I could I would change to another cellular phone company!!! I recently bought a Google play card and it is giving me so much trouble that I can't use it.....

This location deserves 0 stars as well as the other location on ambassador. They love speaking in Spanish so their customers don't understand. Added extras on my bill that I wasn't aware of until I received the bill. Awful store oh and not to mention the wrong phone cases in the wrong boxes. Took 5 hrs to upgrade two phones and not to mention I had to drive to the other store for a case that I paid for that was the wrong case. Manager you really need to have a talk with your employees
