"The customer service skills were terrible. I wasn't told that the restaurant didn't hold reservations. I had a party of 20 people for my bridal shower. We waited to be seated for 2 hours. It took the waiter a long time to get our drinks out. My bff's drink was flat and watery. It took additional time for our food to be served. The only reason that I'm giving a star because the manager gave us free appetizers. I will never go back to the location in Lafayette, LA."
"Arrived at shift change so they wouldn't steat us for 15 minutes. Then they burnt my streak and where out of orange slices for my blue moon. Our waitress was awesome "Cassie L" but that was the only good to come from this visit. One hundred bucks spent for fast food quality. Bummer."
"Ordered pasta bowl, salad came quick, entree came 45 minutes later after other people who arrived after us had their entree. When our food arrived it was cold. Management comped meal however night was ruined by then."
"Our waitor Nick was very professional and respectful. He made sure that we were taken care of and kept asking if we needed anything, and when we left he even shook our hands. The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone in general was very professional and attentive."
"My meal was ok. I was disappointed that a family (one of the family members was a firefighter) was there before me, I had order, eat and was leaving and this sweet, calm, very respectful family set there patiently and didn't complain. Some one came out to apologize. I hope this family was able to get their meal free. This I can assure you if that server, manager or owner of olive garden home got fire, that firefighter would be there to do everything thing he could to save their lives and their home. This service is unacceptable. You have to do better."
