Lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude, unknowledgeable, hung up on me before I was finished talking, would not recommend to anyone seeking professionalism from an insurance company. The person answering the phone is the face of the company during phone calls, how you act on the phone matters.

Unable to reach their office via email or phone call to process medical claims. Claims are now extending over 120 plus days. Be hesitant to accept this medical insurance.
