Absolutely the worse store. They got lines and lines of people. And only two people at the counter. You want parts just go o'reilly down the road or advance you come in for a simple part takes 40 min. For the line to go down. Worse service possible in town. Ain't no way a busy store like this one have almost no employee. Horrible management. HORRIBLE. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER.

My stepdad has a commercial account with them. Yet we were told the part was supposed to be delivered by “four corners” you guys. By 2:30 p.m. we offered to pick it up but no they said there where going to deliver it. After having our customer waiting on the hot sun we show up only to be told that you guys weren’t delivering the part. Now, we have to drive across town at 3:00 for a part. Truly unbelievable and just straight up lazy and unproductive. We will be going back to auto zone as our supplier. They don’t have nearly as much parts but are atleast professional and offer way better benefits. Potentially lost a client because of you guys.

I came to this o'reilly to get a alternator & belt. Mr. Juan was very courteous open the door for me. Very knowledgeable young men. He help me test my alternator was very respectful. He got me what i need me. In very happy with my purchase. Thank Mr. Juan.

This place is amazing! I went in this morning for a new battery, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager with the fohawk has great customer service and knows how to make his customers smile. I will most definitely be going back there.

Great service, 3 men working from what I seen, all 3 helping customers the whole time and I was still in and out in less than 10 mins with help and what I needed.
