I went there for a broken headlight I couldn't get a team member to come out and look at my light I went back and forth with the cashier telling him that I didn't know what I was doing and I needed my headlight to work so finally another co-worker came outside with me and told me there was nothing he could do. So not good

The best time to go to O’Reilly auto parts is in the morning when you have grown people working there not in the evening when you have young punks Smart Alec went to buy wiper blades and asked him to install them for me asked me why I couldn’t do it it was my vehicle I am supposed to be the expert because I drive that vehicle they did not want to change my wiper blades
