Had a great experience when I needed to replace my cars battery and get a few other minor parts. The staff helped me hunt down the exact screws I needed out of the dozens available. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

Prices are fair, but service is not so good. Bought a battery from them. Two months later my car wouldn't start. Wasn't far from them, so I took it there. I was told everything was good. Made it down a busy hiway, where it locked up. Had to end up calling a tow truck. Come to find out it was corrosion on the battery posts. Apparently they hadn't cleaned the post before installing the new battery.

I had an awesome experience at O’Reilly auto parts on 5404 Ambassador Caffery Parkway Lafayette, Louisiana. John and Ike were fantastic!!! Ike helped my husband and I with an issue we had with our battery and was supposed to get off at 5 o’clock but stayed a little late to make sure that we got the help that we needed. They were both remarkable and I recommend this store just because of the customer service they gave us. I look forward to coming back!

I had to have my battery replaced. Ian was very helpful and changed out the battery, even in 103 degree heat. It was quick and easy. I really appreciated the service.

Bad business. I was sold a bad alternator that left me stranded on the side of the road hours later. I will now have to pay for a tow truck as it's too late to visit any mechanic and have to pay AGAIN to have another alternator put into the vehicle. They offer no compensation for the additional labor to replace the defective part they sold. 0/10 would not recommend.

I was in Lafayette from Galveston Texas and my car wouldn't start. Not knowing what to do, I called OReilly's on Amb. Caffery to recommend a local roadside assistance. The manager, Ashley came personally to jump my car! I will forever patronize O'Reilly'! Thank you Ashley!

Awesome service! Went there late in the evening with my baby daughter, to purchase a new battery. Ian greeted and assisted us. He checked my records and noticed that my battery was still under warranty. He politely offered to replace the battery on the spot. He saved me time and money, and I was very grateful. Really appreciate Ian’s excellent service!

Apparently their testing equipment is broken!!! I went in last night (09/19/2022) between 7pm & 8pm to have my battery and alternator tested. The problem was I parked in a slanted parking space at one of the nearby stores and when I came out my car wouldn't start. I told the worker at O'Reilly about the parking position and he assured me it had nothing to do with the car not starting. He put it on the tester and told me the problem was the alternator was bad and the battery wasn't far from it. I was sold a new alternator for $255. My gut feeling told me it didn't add up, and maybe the problem came from being parked at a left sided sharp angle (even though the tank was half full), so I had it double checked at another O'Reilly location in Youngsville this morning. Their test showed both my battery AND alternator are fully functioning. I hope the other lady that was there at the same time as me having hers tested and told the same thing gets a second opinion too. Thankfully the second location approved my refund for the alternator that I purchased. Now I'm just waiting for the funds to be added back to my card, which has been since around 3pm this evening and its now after 6pm. They almost cost me $255 for a new alternator, $100+ in labor to install it and $100+ for the cost to also replace the battery!!!
