Acadiana Mall is a nice mall and still a fun place to go with the kids. It is the closest major mall west of Baton Rouge and has been a favorite location since originally opening in 1977, having been remodeled multiple times. The mall offers a decent variety of stores for those who want to shop and explore for gift ideas, with popular stops including Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret, and Dillards. Victoria's Secret is noted for very good prices and promotions. Visitors enjoy getting mall Chinese food for lunch, especially the mango chicken. Some note that the food court is okay and hope a few open spots can be filled with new stores. A unique feature is the chairs for a fantastic massage at $1, which are definitely worth trying. While some stores have experienced temporary closure issues, the mall remains a great location to visit and share family memories.

Parking at this mall was easier than expected, even during a busy time. Compared to other malls, the layout made it simple to find an entrance quickly.

Nice shopping mall with a variety of ships to choose. Clean and well maintained too.
