The store provides veterinarian services, vaccinations, grooming, and adoption services. Many find the employees extremely polite, personable, and knowledgeable, with nice service and easy access. Some enjoy savings and clearance surprises. However, a recent visit noted the store was a mess with blocked aisles and low morale, and it may not always carry unique items.
By far the best Petco I’ve ever been to! Extremely clean and smells amazing! Von and Chloe are superstars, extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back :-)

I've interacted with Chloe a few times over the years she's worked for Petco. She's always been very polite and has gone above and beyond. She deserves recognition and a raise!
