I have had my “Snow “ at Pet Smart in several states. Prior to this store she was at the Lancaster, PA store and every store was great. She had a 3pm appointment with this store and I had her there at 2:45. Snow is a 11 year old Bichon Frise, she doesn’t shed, she is my child. I was not able to get her till after 6pm. I requested her nails to get done, I requested the hair on her pads be trimmed and I requested for her hair to get removed from her ears and around her face
NONE were done, her belly was not even trimmed! I have never seen such a butcher job on her
I’m going to find another Pet Smart in the area who’s groomers are more competent. I did not ask for a show cut ( thank goodness) just a 1/2” lamb cut. I wish she could talk and tell me how she was treated there! Shame on this store! My reviews at other Pet Smarts have been 100%. I will never think about taking Snow there again

This message is for the grooming salon staff mbr named Kayla. She shaved my dog to the skin because she had some mats. This associate took the lazy route and shaved all of my dogs hair off. Groomers have dematting products that could have been used but she chose the easy route and shaved my dog bald. Also I was charged close to 200 dollars because she listed my dog as a Bernese mountain dog when in fact my dog weights 15lbs. I am not happy and will NEVER bring my dog back here. Go somewhere else folks!!!

Nice people but not the best on cuts. However FOOD AND TOYS are great here. My dog has a scab and a cut on his leg from “being tangled”. Likely won’t be back for grooming.

You might as well go to just an online store since it doesn’t seem like anyone there wanted to do any work. Nothing was really stocked properly and the animal medicine area has one thing and no other options stocked. Was a waste of time driving there but I found what I needed at Tractor Supply on the way home. Maybe you should send your employees there for training ?

PetSmart is pretty good, but the customer service is better at Petco when you need advice or help finding something. The employees at PetSmart are nice and try, but can be hard to find at times. Also PetSmart is not as price competitive as Petco. Both will honor on line prices, but Petco goes further. If they are out of the large bag of a dog or cat food,and only have the smaller bag, they will adjust the price of the smaller bag price per ounce to their online price of their larger bag. Since larger bags are often sold out, this is a good alternative if you need to stock up without having to wait for the online delivery.

Used to be very nice with large selection of pets and accessories. Now, few pets, and extremely high prices. Looks to me like another one bites the dust.
Sad to see. Really used to like this store.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They advertise price match guarantee online and in store.My friend tried to purchase a ball Python and price match the online price. The manger Riley told him they don’t do price matches on live animals. I asked if I could purchase it online and take it like that, she proceeds to tell me that they don’t sell live animals online. Only feeder animals.
So if I wanted the snake I will have to pay full price and refused to price match it. So I left of course and am very disappointed bc of their fake advertisement.

I so enjoy bringing my fur baby here. She hates to walk in cause usually were there for a vet visit, but she knows she's gonna get to walk, sniff out and explore every isle in the store if she is good with the Dr.

A spectacular place, my dog was treated very pleasantly, the attention and incredible dedication from the cashiers, the hospital to the gromming, I felt very confident and comfortable in the place, but the price comparison is very satisfactory and much more economical.
