The only thing is, the building is old and needs updating. The food is always excellent. I’ve been going there over twenty years and always enjoyed it.

What a great meal! My hamburger steak and broccoli rice were amazing. We eat here about once every 2 months and this was the most memorable. Had to leave a good review. Great job to the Piccadilly team.

I wish I could give a lower score than one star. My friends and I met on Sunday, March 3rd. 2024 at 4 pm to have a going away dinner for one of us. It was seriously one of the worst experiences in a restaurant that we ever had. The AC was off, and it was almost 80 degrees outside. The air conditioning came on at 5 pm. when we were about to leave. The food was terrible, the cashier tried to overcharge all of us, the men dishing up the food would not listen to what we asked for and kept putting things on the plates that we had not said and last but certainly not least, the waitress never came to our table in the hour we were there. She came when we set down but did not take the trays and never even looked at us the entire visit. We tried to "flag her down", but she would not tend to our needs. We all said that we would never step foot in your restaurant again and will spread the word that you all are a disaster and money grabbing jerks.

The heat was out. Thank goodness the food was hot. I felt bad for our waitress she had to be cold. Fix the heater!

Had the rib eye steak dinner. Way to under cooked. Half was edible, rest too raw.

We ordered the Thanksgiving feast expecting to get real sliced ham and actual real turkey slices. What we received was delicious meat slices. What a disappointing Thanksgiving. We also received 24 stale dinner rolls that went directly into the trash. The cranberry sauce was great. We enjoyed the turkey gravy but the candied sweet potatoes were way too sweet. Never again Piccadilly!!!

While the staff was nice, there was something wrong with almost every other aspect of my family's time here. The bathrooms were over flowing and there was a smell that was putrid around that area. The food was hit ot miss. My chopped stake was good however, my fiancé had the catfish and it was hard to chew. There was a dirty rice or a type of rice dressing that looked like it had a white pactch of solidified grease (or white fuzz of some kind). The macaroni was an interesting consistency and I was told, by my fiancé, that it tasted old, or like it was made with old milk. The green beans were alright and were the only thing my 2year old would eat. (He is not a picky eater normally.) It could have just been a bad experience because I remember when I was little I use to love Piccadilly. However, the building's age is starting to show and it was apparent that the staff was fed up. The staff had good customer service but it seamed that they didn't like the job and/or they had just given up. Having previously worked in the food industry I also know that it is a health code violation to wear your cooking aprins outside and as we approached the building there were not 1 but 2 workers in the front in their aprins. With all of these little issues it compiled into a bad experience. If it would not have been for the decent coustmer service this would have been a 1star review.

My Aunt Veronica likes this restaurant a lot. I visited this location with my Aunt Veronica , Aunt Elsie, and son Dwight Jr. to have lunch on a Saturday in August 19, 2023. The lunch staff behind the line were actively working. I spoke and thanked everyone that’s just how I am. We had the option to choose liver with onions, fried catfish, cabbage, carrot and raisin salad as well as other main dishes, sides, salads, and desserts. Our courteous, hardworking waitress ironically was named Veronica. If you bring your appetite you spend money for sure. I’m sure they may have a website to learn and plan accordingly on how much to spend. I’m not a big fan of Piccadilly but it was nice to spend quality time here with my elderly family members and one of my sons. God bless everyone who reads my review.

Had the best fried fish that my husband hasn't cooked. The food was so good. I looked forward to having the pecan delight pie. It didn't disappoint. It was fabulous. The serving staff, floor staff and even the cashier were extremely nice. They all went above and beyond to provide great service. The restaurant is dated and could use a refresh/update, but it was very clean. The price for our meal was reasonable. We got our money's worth. The restroom was clean and well kept. This is the Lafayette location. We are from Lake Charles and our two Piccadilly were closed years ago. Wish whoever is in charge would consider opening a new restaurant in Lake Charles, LA.
