We temporarily stayed here for about 4-5 months due to our home flooding and needing repairs. I will be forever thankful, we had to be in an apartment rather quickly(family of 8) and they made it happen….. staff is amazing, property was really nice, and the tenants were very nice. We’re gonna miss being here, it felt like home to us ❤️

My husband and I have been living here for 1.5 years and not only is this apartment complex clean and nice, the staff are amazing and very friendly. Any time we need maintenance done they are quick to respond and always get the job done greatly! We also love the little community things that the leasing office hosts throughout the year. It really makes us feel like we are a part of a family. Great complex and not too noisy.

I moved here after living in Baton Rouge for 3 years. The environment is completely different in a good way! The management truly cares about the residents and makes sure that when you call or have any concerns with anything they will be there for you. The grounds of the apartment complex are clean and consistently gets worked on by the landscaping to keep it clean and put together. The maintenance team is wonderful as well! They come out for anything and in a timely manner. NEVER had to wait on maintenance if something was needed to get done. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex. I have lived in 3/4 different apartments and this is by far my favorite. Once again the management team makes it happen, and keeps the residents happy. They always play games, do giveaways, and provide breakfast sometimes for all of the residents as well! You can go to their instagram to see pictures of the fun activities they do for the residents! Best apartment complex ever!

This is such a great place to live! The management and staff are always so friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful and clean, and it’s in a central location in town with easy access to walking trails, parks, restaurants, the movies, etc. We’d highly recommend to anyone looking to move or relocate to the Lafayette area.

This is one of the best experience that I have living in Lafayette, it was a great place, quiet and peaceful. The best was the crew who manage the complex is the best and a honorific mention to Lani who was always looking out for us. The accommodation is very good and the apartments very good. We never had any problem with anything. I totally recommend them.

I moved to Lafayette for work and chose to stay at the Plantation Crossing Apartments. Even before we moved in, Lani was helpful and welcoming throughout the process. The complex is very family friendly, walks around the pond are enjoyable. The units are well maintained and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here!

I could not ask for a better apartment. Since I have moved here, everyone I have met has been professional and curtious. From the front desk to the maintenance crew they have helped make the move in easy and efficient. Highly recommend this complex to anyone

We love our home!! Going on 3 years of living at the best place. The office crew and maintenance are so kind, and beyond helpful. The pool and clubhouse amenities are top tier!! Love the safety and community here.

The grounds are always clean and the buildings well maintained. The staff are friendly and put on events for the residents which is so nice. Such a great place to live.

This is the most wholesome place I have ever lived. The location is perfect! Near everything yet also kind of to the back of shopping centers so not chaotic to enter or exit the complex! Everyone here is so friendly! Its even very common to see many embrace the beauty pond view and walk around it in the evening! Your amenities bundled in are also include so much! The work space room makes a great study spot & the gym plus sona are unbeatable!
