I came in here looking for and item because the app said it was available at this location. Once at the store the item was nowhere to be found. A very nice lady working at the customer service desk was able to get me some one for the department I was in to see if they could find the item. Unfortunately the young man was not able to find the item either. The manager for the department came over and she said it shows that what I was looking for was in the store. But since they weren't able to find it she if I could find a comprable item I could get it for the same price. Which is exactly what I ended up doing. I want to thank the lady who's working the customer service, the young man working the department and the manager of the department.

The man in flooring does not know his products or sales. Me and my mother in law was there and asked for his assistance he came to us but just stood there didn't do anything but breath heavy when my mother in law asked questions and wanted to see the product. He only wanted to help when I went and got someone else. I know these are bad times but know your product and sell something. Can't sell just standing there. And since when do you buy a product paid cash and ask if you can take half and come back for other half and they said no. And to top it off I asked the cashier for any discounts and he replied no when I know they had a labor day percentage off.

I asked for 20 bags of sand, they sold it to me. Then they said they didn't have the sand that I purchased. I had to make a return. Come to find out, they had another type of sand. They dont seem to have any idea of their own inventory, and on top of that the attitude they have is unprofessional and rude.

Walked in to buy replacement lawnmower blade. Not only did they not have the blade, they did not have any Honda lawnmowers at this location. The only Home Depot I've ever seen that did not. I live 15 miles away. Waste of a trip. When I got home, I tried to order online and have it sent there for pickup to save home s/h, but it wouldn't let me because their inventory was wrong. According to their inventory, they have six in stock and it was telling me to come pick it up. I called somebody there. Completely useless. They said they would take it off of the inventory and to check back later online for it to say zero. I had to keep her from hanging up to tell her the model number. Never occurred to her. Took her five minutes to get it down correctly. Three hours later: still not done.

I recently placed an online order only to receive the incorrect item. While this happens the results were unacceptable. I reported that they had shipped the wrong item (a more expensive one). HD would not issue credit or ship the correct item until this one was shipped back. It has taken 4 weeks for the arranged pickup to take place I suggest that you do not purchase online as it could tie up your personal funds while HD corrects it's own error.

Five visits to Home Depot for different sink parts while a plumber at my home. Sales associates were so helpful and quick resolution.

The customer service at this store is pretty good. I was shopping for an outdoor ceiling fan and a store person walked up and offered to help. I didn't even have to track someone down. He also gave me some good ideas. It is a huge contrast to the kind of service I've received from the Lowes just up the road. The store is not quite as nice as that Lowes, but the customer service certainly is a LOT better!
