Visiting the Lafayette area, check-in was easy, wait time was about 5-minutes, office was clean, staff was polite and pleasant.
I received excellent services from Phlebotomist Ms. Angie.
Ms. Angie greeted me with a smile, she handled my bloodwork and multiple draw(s) with integrity, professionalism, and care.
She made sure my bloodwork was transported properly for my continued participation in a protocol out-of-state.
For this and more the 5-Star is for Ms.Angie.

They messed up my labs then wanted me to sit another hour. DO NOt use them they suck. The lady working on 10-4-2024 was very very rude and its not the first time she has been that is her overall work attitude and it is pitiful she is so rude

You try to call up there and never does somebody answer the phone..u press every option they have after having to call 4 times and you still don't get thru..unprofessional!

This was my first time time at the office even though i have had lab work handled by Quest . I was literally in an out. Check -in was a breeze. Out of pocket testing is also not as costly as I thought. I only wish they was a Quest in my area but traffic was not too bad as i had an early appointment. Will definitely use Quest again.

I wish the location was more centrally located rather than the complete opposite side of town ( the negative). Other than that, all is good with this facility. Staff are friendly, their process is efficient, and the results are posted on the app in a timely manner.

Most humiliating experience EVER. Had an order for a urine culture & sensitivity. Checked in (via kiosk-no employee in sight) before my appointment time. Lobby had 4-6 people waiting. I have bladder cancer therefore I experience major pain when I need to empty my bladder. Since no employee was available and the door to their clinic area was locked, I had to wait in pain. When it became totally unbearable, I had to knock on the door and ask to be allowed to use their bathroom. Of course this was in the lobby therefore EVERY customer there now knows I have "bathroom" issues. This was very embarrassing for me and I feel that because of the manner Quest runs this office, my dignity and respect mean nothing. Really, I have been an RN for 45 years and would NEVER accept my patients being put in this situation. Shame on you Quest.
