Let me say at the first couple of months I was very happy. Very helpful & quick when i realized i needed a larger unit right in the middle of moving my things in. I was able to acquire & get access to the larger unit within an hour. Would've left 5 stars if thats where it ended. I just attempted to access my unit @ 11pm & can not get inside the gate. There is now a sign on the gate saying that there is limited access times from 6am - 9pm. 24 hour access was a MUST for me. I am greatly disappointed that I wasnt even made aware that the hours were going to be changing. Do better.

I actually really like the storage place, I called before I walked 2 miles to it to save some stuff and I asked is there a red lock on it, they said No,got here red lock on it ,very disappointed, he told me I had a grace period,Till Monday

Jay was super helpful! Jay used his knowledge and obvious experience to help me thru what could have been a really bad situation. My credit card had a security issue and did not honor the autopay that was set up for me. He took a payment over the phone and inputted the information for my new card and restarted the auto pay for me. All in a matter of minutes! And not only was Jay professional, he was polite and patient with me. Thank you Jay!!!
