Here is a summary of my experience:Brought 2011 Chevrolet Camaro in for service. Wasn't the nicest experience but it's fine in a rental, went to get my car. Paid and ac was messed up still. Brought again, another rental. Brought it back. Another problem. I believe it was my final rental they gave me wasn't even cleaned. Had a black and mild rapper inside it. Well I ended up buying a new vehicle, was so tired of dealing with the back and forth with my car. And they amount of effort it was taking. I watched Shelly point out a paint bubble and then begin to scratch off. The bubble she pushed again came off and it scratched the paint, she began to tell me I was responsible for it. Also, that it has a smoke smell, but I told her I absolutely did not smoke in the car and there was a black and mild wrapper that was already in the car. I was so furious but she would not release my camaro without paying for the damages of the paint which was very small and wanted to charge me over $500. It was such a scam, and guess what? I traded in the car... AND THE AC WAS STILL BROKEN. I hate hate hate hate having to deal with service chevy. Sometimes in the years since it happens they act like they want to resolve this but they don't and one time I was told had I said something before. Well I have. Every single year since it happened. It was wrong. They wrong customers and stand behind that!

Terrible service, make sure to avoid... I purchased a wireless key remote for a Tahoe and as soon as the parts department synced my new (and old) remote, 2 of the locks on my driver side (rear and front) instantly stopped working. The parts and service departments said that it was pure coincidence and it has nothing to do with the timing of the new remotes. They charged me to look into the issue and continued to state that it was only "pure coincidence." I will be avoiding this dealership for parts, service, and sales in the future and would recommend for others to do the same

No customer service to speak of. You're just another number at this place. The should drop the service from their name because they couldn't care less about you after you buy the vehicle.

Horrid Service experience going to get an inspection. The man was completely rude and unprofessional. Talked down to me like I was nothing and he looked as if he didn’t care!!! Will not go back and I’ve been going there for 15 years. ?♂️

Worst sales experience! Drove a hour out of a two hour drive to go buy a truck I had been talking to them for a week over only to get a phone call saying they took a deposit on the truck before I can buy it. I was never asked for a deposit or told it was possible, I was actually told they don't except deposits on used vehicles. I would have gladly given a deposit. Ridiculous!

Went for a simple oil change and tire leak. Had a 9pm appointment and did not leave until after 2. Around 1:30 i went to ask for a status update and the guy at the desk said they had not started it yet so i asked for my car back so i could leave and go elsewhere. 15 minutes passed and my car and still not come so he called again. When he called they said that had lifted up my car and already started to drain my oil. I had asked for them to bring my car, as I no longer wanted to give them my business. I was never told how long the wait would be, or else i would have left much earlier. I am nearly 9 months pregnant and was completely miserable. Never again. I understand that they were short staffed, however appointments should have been prioritized but walk ins were still being accepted. I never even got a call with a status update about what the issue was with my tire. I never asked for it to be plugged and would have preferred to bring that business elsewhere as well. I had to ask about my tire after they told me how much I owed them.

Sold us a 2018 Prius with a bad battery. It needed replacing only FIVE days after we take it home. Called to complain to the dealership. Fed us a bunch of non sense and will only cover half the cost. Woulda been a nice gesture to just go on and replace the battery for free since the car was 27K and we’d not even had the thing for a week plus the inconvenience it caused. Whatever though. They said send us some customers after we closed the deal, nope won’t be doing that.

My son purchased his first new vehicle from Service yesterday. It was a no brainer coming here first ! We are repeat customers for a reason. Customer Service is excellent , if I could give Mike Cecil 100 stars ⭐️ I would !!! They did not disappoint, sales , service ,financing , they made the whole process effortless. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service Chevrolet service side is the absolute worse the cashiers are rude And will absolutely straight up tell you a lie to get you off the phone the service tech never call you back. Use even after you leave multiple voice messages on multiple people. At this point it's not even worth buying a vehicle from the company because of their service department on the Chevrolet side is horrible. I give them a 0 stars out of 5 unfortunately that's not an option
