September my car broke. It took a week and half and then I went to pick it up. 30 days after it was doing the same thing. Brought it back and still had to pay after it just came from the dealership. 17 days after picking it up, the same day. When you call, Oran doesn’t answer and when he does, it’s always bs. I’ve asked for the manager several times and they just forwarded to Oran when I told them I don’t want to talk to him or have him as an advisor. He is rude and really needs training on how to speak to people. They don’t offer loaners and expect you to patiently wait for a call from them. Even when they did transfer me to the manager, he doesn’t answer neither. As of today, I still don’t know what’s wrong with my car. Very rude and unprofessional both service and mechanic shop

The salesman was very nice. HOWEVER. if you have any issues with your vehicle, you’re stuck with it. even if it’s brand new. service department is a disaster and just chaotic. staff is not friendly. i’ve complained about the brakes since i got it but it was only documented once. also sat for an hour after i was told to my face by the manager that the car was ready for pick up. mind you the advisor called two hours ago and said the car was ready but i had to WAIT FOR THE TECH TO COME BACK FROM LUNCH TO PICK IT UP. 2025 vehicle with brakes squeaking, they offered to put grease for $240 instead of try to fix the problem. every service advisor i’ve spoken to gives a different answer here. my friend also has a 2025 with a check engine light that doesn’t go away and they told her they don’t have a part to fix it so she has to drive like that. i’ll never buy a chevrolet again, much less come back to this place.

Service Chevrolet in Lafayette takes great care of my vehicle. My appointment time was convenient and I was able to wait in their customer area while my vehicle was serviced. The time taken was perfect, and I appreciate the prompt communication from technicians. This is the third truck that I’ve purchased from Service and Lisa Bianchini was the sales person for all three. As usual, she was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughout the process. Denise Bernard was also very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful when it came to understanding all of the paper work. Great experience from start to finish!

Shelly and Oran charged me and wouldn’t release my car without paying for a damage that I watched Shelly’s frizzy self scratch. Never got this resolved after 10 years. So I leave a review every year because I was never listened to or offered anything. Except a few times they said they would have done something but it’s been too long. Yet when I first reported the issue I was brushed off. It is great that no one in my family utilizes service Chevy because of this interaction. Never do business with these crooks just saying.(I’m not contacting Jerome Babineaux bc nobody ever helps, I will consistently post bad reviews forever sharing my experience until I die)
