Here is a summary of my experience:Brought 2011 Chevrolet Camaro in for service. Wasn't the nicest experience but it's fine in a rental, went to get my car. Paid and ac was messed up still. Brought again, another rental. Brought it back. Another problem. I believe it was my final rental they gave me wasn't even cleaned. Had a black and mild rapper inside it. Well I ended up buying a new vehicle, was so tired of dealing with the back and forth with my car. And they amount of effort it was taking. I watched Shelly point out a paint bubble and then begin to scratch off. The bubble she pushed again came off and it scratched the paint, she began to tell me I was responsible for it. Also, that it has a smoke smell, but I told her I absolutely did not smoke in the car and there was a black and mild wrapper that was already in the car. I was so furious but she would not release my camaro without paying for the damages of the paint which was very small and wanted to charge me over $500. It was such a scam, and guess what? I traded in the car... AND THE AC WAS STILL BROKEN. I hate hate hate hate having to deal with service chevy. Sometimes in the years since it happens they act like they want to resolve this but they don't and one time I was told had I said something before. Well I have. Every single year since it happened. It was wrong. They wrong customers and stand behind that!

I am not satisfied with the cadillac service dept. We had set appointment up with them on Sept 8th. We used the website to enter in the appointment but also followed up with an email and a phone call to confirm. Even asked a service provider if we could get an earlier appointment if possible. Rodrick Dugas was the service advisor that we were in contact with. Even received text and email reminders of the appointment. My wife took the car up to the dealership and Bob Trahan could not see where any appointment was made. Well pretty upsetting when you make arrangements to drop a car off and there is no record of anything. So it had to be rescheduled. Now, I do have to say that they did try to get a rental and take the car that day but nothing was available. Bob and Rodrick said it's a system thing and they keep telling management but nothing happens. Not my problem. We just want someone to own up to it. Fix it and stop pointing fingers so it doesn't happen to anyone else. It's bad enough we waited a couple of weeks to even get the car in. I have to say that there is very poor communication in service. There is one I would recognize for a great job because we have had our oil changes done is Jovon Alexander. He even seen my wife and spoke to her a bit about her concern. Hopefully the will fix the communication with the web system and also email/phone conversations.

Terrible service, make sure to avoid... I purchased a wireless key remote for a Tahoe and as soon as the parts department synced my new (and old) remote, 2 of the locks on my driver side (rear and front) instantly stopped working. The parts and service departments said that it was pure coincidence and it has nothing to do with the timing of the new remotes. They charged me to look into the issue and continued to state that it was only "pure coincidence." I will be avoiding this dealership for parts, service, and sales in the future and would recommend for others to do the same

Made an appointment to have front and rear brakes changed on my 2017 Silverado. After four hours, the truck was ready. I thought that was pretty decent for all four brakes and turning the rotors, but when I checked out, I noticed that they only changed the back brakes. When I brought this to my attendants attention, he just shrugged it off, and said, sorry. Even though I showed him my appointment confirmation said front and rear brakes. He seemed uninterested in my disappointment. He told me his computer only said rear brakes, and told me that I could come back the next day to have the front ones changed. I told him no, I set aside the one day to have all of my brakes changed, and that I live an hour away. He still seemed to not care, and just said sorry. I will take the truck somewhere else to finish the brake change out. This was the third chance I’ve given the service department at Service Chevrolet. They took care of my car at a reasonable price. But ever since then I'm spammed with junk mail and texts from their marketing affiliates. Their communication system needs improvement

No customer service to speak of. You're just another number at this place. The should drop the service from their name because they couldn't care less about you after you buy the vehicle.

Horrid Service experience going to get an inspection. The man was completely rude and unprofessional. Talked down to me like I was nothing and he looked as if he didn’t care!!! Will not go back and I’ve been going there for 15 years. ?♂️

Worst sales experience! Drove a hour out of a two hour drive to go buy a truck I had been talking to them for a week over only to get a phone call saying they took a deposit on the truck before I can buy it. I was never asked for a deposit or told it was possible, I was actually told they don't except deposits on used vehicles. I would have gladly given a deposit. Ridiculous!
