On Thursday May 27, 2021 I took a brand New TableCloth that was ordered online to the Oil Center Cleaners to be steamed. It had never been washed or steamed since it was delivered to my house this week. Later on that afternoon, I received a text that it was ready for pickup. This morning Friday May 28, 2021 I went to pick it up. I paid $33.61. After I paid for table cloth, I proceeded to check it. I then noticed that there were stains on it from being steamed or like the lady said pressed. I brought it to the ATTENTION of the man that was at the front. He told me that it was obviously a stain there before I brought it there. I informed him that there were no stains and I even showed pictures. So if you look at the second picture, there is a WHITE stain over the black Mark. That was caused when he said he would try to remove stain. He brought it back to me and said it changed the color of garment. I said what did you use? He said he used a chemical to get it out. I said why would you use a chemical on it? Also, I said has this chemical ever stained a garment before? He told me no. There was an older lady there that Kept on Chiming in that they did not CREATE the stain instead of MINDING HER BUSINESS. That was very unprofessional on her part. The man said that they would clean table cloth for free. I knew that those marks were permanent, but I let him clean it. So I go back again that morning and the older lady said oh you are here to pick up cloth. She asked if I paid already and I said yes. Once I had table cloth in my had, I checked it to look for the marks on it. She then tells Me that THEY do not check for marks or stains on garments before cleaning or steaming them. They never admitted to what they did nor did they say we will REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! This was my FIRST TIME going there and I will not go back!
