HORRIBLE !!! Does absolutely nothing everything has to be a separate appointment so they can keep collecting payments literally looked in my mouth and said I had to schedule two more appointments to come back one for a cleaning and one for an exam they turned away so many people and the back was empty terrible experience would never go back

I’m sure there are plenty of kind and dedicated individuals who work here, but I had a bad experience when I saw Dr. Ashley Chapman. I can understand and respect that not all doctors have a friendly bedside manner, but she was pretty cold with me. She even spoke loudly about some details of my condition while the door to the examination room was open and other patients were walking by. She gave me very vague directions when pointing me to the lab and did not advise me at all about what would be happening once I got there. Even the lab technician was confused about what the doctor was asking for and had to double check. Upon leaving the lab I saw Dr. Chapman walking with another patient directly to the lab door and giving her detailed directions about how to ring the bell and take a number and then wished her well with a warm smile. I don’t expect to be coddled but I received none of that warm disposition and I’m completely unsure of why. I always go out of my way to be polite and courtesy to everyone I encounter. Flash forward a week (7 full business days) and I still had not been contacted with any results, so I reached out and was told that my results have been available and were sent to the nurse two days prior. I was called by Dr. Chapmans nurse who I would like to say is a very sweet and kind lady, she advised that I would be written a prescription and I could pick it up by the end of the day. I drove to the pharmacy and no such prescription was available. I waited till the following afternoon and still no prescription had been received by the pharmacy. I called the office and was told they would ask the nurse to send over the request again. Still nothing by the days end. The following day I called again and discovered that the prescription had been sent to a pharmacy that I don’t even use, so I drove there and they also did not have my prescription. I again called the office, basically desperate at this point as it had been three days that I had been given the run around and I needed the medicine over a week ago. I’m not a person who normally ever takes the time to make a bad review but this frustrated me so much. Being sick already sucks so much and not receive proper care when my condition just continued worsening is just very concerning. I would not recommend this facility or Dr. Ashley Chapman.

The nurses were very polite and helpful. I love going see my doctor over there. It's very clean in there and you don't sit long before you see the doctor

Dr ebony smith allows her own prejudice to take over her and Denys certain test due to her own beliefs. She was extremely rude while asking why I didn’t want to do this or that rather than respecting my own decision . She then refused for me to have certain things done due to her own prejudice. She made me feel embarrassed throughout my visit as if I was an outsider . She made it be known what she is against and not against when I truly didn’t think it was appropriate for me to know that anyways . I would not recommend this nurse to any young kids going through what I went through . No one should feel bad and embarrassed and shame for going to their nurse p. . Shame on ms ebony smith . I thought she was a decent human being and had some sort of professionalism.But she showed not once but more than twice that she hasn’t any. Shame on her . Hopefully this review will allow her to acknowledge her faults . Because her like myself had faults and that’s okay . But hers shouldn’t be as outstanding. I hope the clinic sees this and knows that some of their workers aren’t as bright as they think .Also the clinic justifying the way she is should not make it okay . “Oh she’s military” “oh she’s stubborn “ when you step into a job all that should go away . The primary concern she should have is taking care of her patients . Not what the patients decisions and why.

Can't take instructions, tries to change appointment times without considering your own schedule. I made an appointment for the CROWLEY location for the 18th of August and today I get a notification it's in Lafayette. No. Sorry. If I ask for an appointment to be in Crowley weeks ago I expect it there. Other times I'm notified that my appointment times are moved. People make APPOINTMENTS for a reason. Because those are the times and places that are best suitable.Update: For the last two weeks I have been trying to contact someone who can refill my prescription. My pharmacy, their pharmacy, and those who take after-hours messages. Understandably I've been put off by all those involved. Finally spoke to the person who prescribed the medicine today. I can't say where the mix-up happened. Whether it was called in at all or if it was called in to the wrong pharmacy. She was very irritated and seemed to take it out on me. That she wasn't going to wait three hours on the phone, that the mailbox was full, etc.Further perplexed that my pharmacy could be at fault, judging by her tone, I called and their general mailbox was not full. Perhaps she selected a different option for prescriptions, but to direct her frustration at me is uncalled for. I then contacted someone from my pharmacy and she assured me she would find out what is going on. Why this was such an ordeal to simply call my pharmacy during working hours is beyond me.

Very professional place, they are about the community. I did not feel discriminated against like I feel at other doctors offices. Everyone here is very pleasant. I will be coming back!

Careless people. it’s not a clinic, it’s more like a cafe or a museum. An old what used to be a clinic. staff is careless no help. They just say can I help you but they don’t actually help what so ever! I am surprised that this is happening in America! Such poor help care system. *All these employees they just work for the pay check only* come on?! Who is responsible for this careless care system? Don’t go it’s a waste of time and will demoralize you if you need health care. If you wanna go there and have a chit chat then go ahead talk to the door security man!

I have been trying to get my records from this place since April. They have still not sent them to the place I am trying to go. I have visited a few times about the issue, and no one is doing anything about it. I am thinking of suing this clinic because I need care. I can not get the proper care I need until they release my records. Ebony has misdiagnosed me a few times, and I have been to a walk in clinic that got everything taken care of.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Stayed on the phone for an hour trying to make an appointment! Nobody picked up had me on hold! A new customer. What a way to show a new customer. So ik they shower in person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

These women work really hard and I have a lot of respect for them and they're all beautiful.I'm grateful they were there to help me fix my smile. The dentist is really good at her job and always has a lot of customers ,so I am glad I was able to get in and get filllings. Thank u swla for what u do !!
