I guess secret shoppers aren’t a thing anymore. I can’t believe this is acceptable at any establishment, much less a huge chain like Target.
And the formal wear section was pathetic. One half rack of dress shirts for men. There’s no mystery why everyone dresses like slobs now - there are no other options.

Love Target. I ordered two pairs of shoes online and one did not fit. The return was so easy. Ordering online is easy and quick if the store does not have what you want in stock.

Don’t shop here as they don’t take ownership of the authenticity of the products they sell. We bought a switch game here and when my son got home and opened it the case was completely empty. When my wife took the game back literally an hour later they accused her of trying to scam them.
She ended up buying another copy and opened it in front of them before she left and they still would not refund her the original price.
Long story short Target refunded a scammers “unopened” game restocked it and passed the scam off to their customers.

Target always has reasonable prices & trendy people who love their prices. Located in the best part of Lafayette's shopping district-- you will certainly find everything you need and don't need ..lol 😆

There’s a Starbucks in the store. I just saw one of the Starbucks barista in the bathroom who barely rinsed her hands for 2 seconds after going and then she walked back behind the Starbucks counter and blew her nose on a paper towel without washing her hands again (and after not even really washing them while in the bathroom). Extremely gross especially considering how they touch the lids when they make drinks.

So grateful for target pickup, quick, efficient, I get exactly what I ordered, app is so easy, hardly any wait time once I get there. Staff were polite and helpful. It was raining and the covered parking was so good for the employees and me.

Remodel store? Check. Drive thru pickup? Check. Items in stock? Nope. Couldn't even get a pair of reading glasses. 4 items on my list that I checked the website for before leaving my house were indeed not stocked at all in store. I won't be wasting my time again. This is why Amazon and Walmart are winning. I try to at least support brick and mortar when possible, but it's getting hard to support this "Super Target" any longer. Good Bye.
