“I had already been to two mechanics previously.
The first one only had to change out the transmission solenoid housing... but instead he did more damage to it, requiring the whole transmission to need replacing, where that had not previously been required. He had my car for a whole month. And those car rentals are not cheap.
The second mechanic had my car for a TWO whole months. In that time he diagnosed the needed repairs... but did not document anything like I requested... then sat there with my car for TWO WHOLE MONTHS not getting any repairs done, and very little communication to keep me updated.
Did I mention that those car rentals are not cheap?
Then I took it to Christian Brothers. They completed a FULL diagnostic on my car... documenting EVERYTHING - everything related to my current issue, and anything else that my car required as well. And they got that transmission changed out in FIVE DAYS!!!
ONLY FIVE DAYS !!! No more rentals!!! I am so happy!”

I was able to finish getting to my camping place because I was brought another vehicle by a family member.
