Bought shoes here for a loved one..greeted promptly. They measured my love ones foot and brought out a couple of options. They do offer a 30 day return policy. The shoes did not work out on one purchase. Had the receipt and they exchanged the shoes for a better fitting shoe with no question asked.Will go back again.They take there time speaking to you and they also fit the feet as well

My husband and I had the best buying experience at Tri-Running Lafayette in the South College shopping center today. Great service, big selection, and the best part, we were both professionaly fitted to find out exactly what type of shoe we needed based on how we walk/pronate. 20 years in retail is brutal on feet. I wish I would have done this years ago.When you shop local with a professional, you get the best results ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I believe Ariel helped us. She was great!

My go to for quality shoes for work and my on the go lifestyle. Big shout out to Holly who helped me in store today! I walked away with new amazing shoes and a smile. She went out of her way to greet me and offer assistance. Register was busy so she took my information and worked behind the scenes to give me timely service. She introduced me to the Brooks men’s Ghost Max and my wide feet feel like they are walking on clouds OMG. I said it kinda feels wrong because these shoes feel so good! She was so so professional and well articulated. Also, patient. Breathe of fresh air honestly in todays youth work culture. Thanks Holly and Tri Running!

Was in need of a good pair of walking shoes the sales associate properly measured my feet had me walk to see my needs and was able to offer me several choices. No pressure shopping and extremely knowledgeable on the selection. The price was affordable for the quality and will be a returning customer again. Very nice people I purchased the on clouds 5 and are very happy with my purchase. The dogs are so friendly and so is the customer service. Only hiccup I had was the vendor never updated the tracking information which upset me bc I live almost 2 hours away from store and did not want to drive or keep calling bothering them about shoes. Very sweet staff and will come back to location for Hoka shoes next. Thanks

Caleb helped me so so much even going as far as creating a running plan for an entire month for me!! He was very knowledgeable in all areas even teaching me appropriate stretches for the foot pains I was having. Lastly and most importantly he encouraged me that I could accomplish the running goal I had previously set and had been doubting. 10/10

I’m flat footed and have bunions. My dr recommended I go by Tri running to get fitted for a good pair of anti pronation athletic shoes. Caleb was incredible! Very friendly, helpful and most of all knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed for my feet. (For those of you who have the same issue I ending up buying Brooks Glycerin GTS 20) I cannot recommend this store enough. The service and knowledge was worth it and the price was the same as I would pay anywhere else for this same shoe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And thanks again Caleb!!

Let's begin by saying that I am a huge advocate of supporting & shopping local! I was in desperate need of new workout shoes. I had tried ordering a high-end brand online and they were not worth all the hype and very uncomfortable! I decided to shop local one Saturday at Tri-Running to try on a shoe that was recommended by an expert. I was so appreciative of the time that Shawn took to ensure I was purchasing the right shoes according to my expectations! Despite the store being extremely busy on a Saturday, he was patient and was attentive to all my needs. I am happy to report that I am a happy customer with my new Brooks shoes and was very impressed with Shawn and his service, expertise and product knowledge! Judging by how busy they were on a Saturday, they must be doing something right! Thank you for being a local merchant and providing great service to Lafayette!
