This is an amazing UPS! I always have equipment to ship for my job and a number of boxes. This time I had a rough day and didn’t get to do a lot of the prep I usually do. They had some new employees in training and they were so sweet. Normally, in other states I get the eye rolls and sighs when I walk through rolling in all my Pelican cases. Not here! They all got to work as a team and I was so relieved. They printed my labels, taped up my boxes, and even fixed one of my boxes for me. Above and beyond! I wish I could give them an extra star!

Best UPS I've been to! I think it was the manager who helped me with my Amazon return- he was extremely nice and professional, easy to converse with, and I was in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes! Even when there was a line when I've gone before, I've never had to be in the store longer than about 8-10 minutes MAX. Definitely glad I came to this one!

Even when there are many customers, the employees are fast but they do not stop serving you kindly and they solve your problems.

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he went above and beyond with customer service. Earlier, I had gone to the competitor across town wanting to get copies made, only to be told, “over there,” pointing to the copy machine, which I had no clue how to operate and didn’t have time to learn. At The UPS Store, he immediately uncovered my needs and made the copies for me, not begrudging but with genuine respect for my time and really wanting to help me as a customer.
I will NEVER go back to the competitor and I’m sure most know where I’m talking about, but I will continue to bring my business to UPS.

I I was walking up to the door at 4:31 and the young man pulled the doors closed in my face lock the door and was smiling at me and I had one envelope in my hand. I could’ve been taken care of very politely and as a business should do and said he locked the door ignored me, and just kept looking at me lock the other door. The two girls in the back didn’t say anything to him. They considered to do what they’re doing both of all three ignoring what I was doing, had one packet to deliver could’ve taken five minutes or less than that by two minutes they get out of my hand to send it. It was already typed up. It was already had the address on it. I’ve never been treated so rudely. It was ridiculous. When I was in business many times I stayed half hour to an hour after at my place trying to help people that couldn’t get there right at the minute of closing. You know I’ve been coming to this place for the last 20 years and never been treated such a way. It’s just it just pissed me off really and now I gotta make another trip tomorrow morning to take care of something that could’ve been handled in two minutes today and it was just someone as a manager who needs to talk to these people And tell them that they’re in the business of handling the Customer in public William Hartwelll bills garage LLC.

My experience has been horrible they don’t have an available phone to answer and my package has not made it after paying for 2 day shipping and it’s no tracking update available. Worse experience ever never using UPS again and I need to speak to someone asap.
