ANYONE picking up a box OPEN IT FIRST! Make sure nothing is stolen!!! My husband signed for a cell phone today & to my surprise, it was stolen from the box. Started a claim. Pretty wild someone from the UPS store would open a box steal a phone and retape the box.
In response. Yes I did inquire about the package, was told there would be three attempts. I didn’t dig deeper because I was under the impression there would be another attempt. So was just surprised when the next day the package had arrived at your store. Called to confirm and my husband picked up the next day. To my surprise there was no phone in the box. The box was clearly untaped then retaped at the bottom. I didn’t notice this in the beginning because I opened the box from the top.

I came in to ship a package and do some copying. The person that waited on me to handle the shipping was very rude. The package was a microwave to be returned to GE. They had sent a return label by email which I printed and brought with me. When the FedEx employee asked what it was I needed I explained that I was there to return the package to GE and that I had a copy of the return label. I set this on top of the which was on the counter. He said, “What do you want me to do with that? That is just a bunch of paper.” I explained to him again that it was the papers
sent me to give to FedEx. He picked up the papers and walked away without saying a word. In about 5 minutes he came back carrying a printed label. He puts the label on the box and then takes the box to the rack behind him without saying a word. I moved on to do my copying and bought a few items. The other employees that assisted me were very helpful and polite.

My package (an insured box of 3 rods and reels) arrived crushed. Called UPS 3 times and finally spoke to an individual who was unable to assist me in filing a claim. Web site is cryptic: telling me my Google credentials are incorrect. Would NEVER recommend UPS.
