“Purchased a nice Acura two months ago. Frank had an up-to-date and impressive carfax report ready to show me. Sandra whisked me through the financing and TT&L paperwork, then mailed me the license plate the day she received it. They finance through Advancial credit union, which was a nice surprise, as I was prepared to outsource the financing there as they have the lowest-interest loans.
Everything was done in-house, and it was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Frank and Sandra seem like great people, they’ve got a nice selection of reliable used luxury cars at fair prices, and I remember seeing this place on Johnston for ten or twenty years. I don’t intend needing another car any time soon, but if I do, their inventory will be the first place I look.”
