They refuse to stock the flat rate boxes/envelopes in the lobby because the woman behind the counter wants to control how they’re used. She blamed ONE woman for taking all the boxes so she refuses to stock the lobby self service area for after hours patrons. Our tax dollars hard at work… acting like it’s coming out of her pocket or personal supplies… ?♀️?♀️

I don't have a problem with anybody personally not one, not two, but three necklaces I have not received. I have the option where they take pictures of my mail so I see everything that comes in. It was in the mail it was "delivered" scanned twice whatever that means but the day that one of my packages was delivered we had a '"sub driver"..like that's some kind of excuse. My phone number was taken down, after a visit to the post office the first time. I was never given a call back, I had to go to the Post office three separate times just to find out that there is nothing that I can do to the post office or the company that I ordered from. So the problem is the mail person assigned to Fox run mailboxes obviously...it isn't just me. They don't know what they are doing and stealing mail. And if that's not the case they need a better system. And I'm leaning more on they do not know what they are doing I live in a fourplex I have a neighbor who doesn't get his social security check people are always having to bring it to his door my sister didn't get her ring that was purchased for her in the mail and like I said I've had three different particles of mail that were never delivered to me or should I say I never received personally. What am I supposed to do about this?;?! I don't write reviews and it may not seem like it I am a very good happy lucky person hence the three times going to the post office and being totally cool with everything but now I'm just pissed and I want it fixed

I had a package. And they said they. Hand him over. The parcel was sent to Mailbox and I did not receive it. I'm so sad why they did this :-(?????????????

The worst post office you can visit. Don't go here. I'm waiting a week to hear from the post master. Like everything the government touches its terrible and I can't get though the aggravating phone system to get a hold of the post office. Brings the term to mind when dealing with these people.

Depending on who helps you the employees are usually generally nice. But you have a couple that will haggle you about any little thing when trying to ship a package. Like having the correct box and using the wrong tape. Things that other employees never give me trouble about. So it's a hit and miss basicallywith the employees .

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Sept 23rd. Instead of delivering, it's now being held at post office "at customer request". I did not request this. Why would I when all my other packages have been delivered straight to my door? I work all day and do not have time to drive all the way across Lafayette just for the package. USPS continues to piss me off. Terrible.

Horrible customer service takes 6 phone calls for them to pick up shouldn’t take that long and my package always seems to be misplaced everytime.

Trash post office ive reported them to and everyway i can the government, HQ doesn't care these people in there keep doing the same things they dont redeliver i can go on i was cursed out by one of the drivers blk male i was pressed over the phone by a black female supervisor and im a black man so im not just saying this as a racist i fight for our people and all ppl but we need more help and i want this whole place shut down and fired .

If you want the slowest and most unhelpful staff in the area, come here.I’ve never had a pleasant experience but today tops it off.
