Amazing mechanic! Elizabeth (office manager) and Chris (mechanic) are both very helpful and talented at what they do. I brought my 2012 VW Golf here after the VW dealer up the road refused to service it. They identified the issue quickly, even calling around to other places I had my car worked on in the past to determine what services I was behind on so they could try to pinpoint where the issue was. Also, if you like cats, they have a bunch of rescued cats inside their shop, all very friendly!!! Will definitely be bringing my car here for all future services I need.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my audi scanned, diagnosed, parts picked up and fixed in just over an hour.

Call trying to get my classic 78 bus in for repair, was told various stories but never could get in.
Finally the rude lady told me my vehicle was just a toy, and real vehicles needed repairs not mine.
I do use my bus as work transportation.
Terrible attitude, avoid this place.

Great folks to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership quoted me for a very expensive part to get my car running properly. When Chris looked at it he was able to diagnose the issue and found it was a much less expensive fix. He got the car running like a dream for much less than the dealership quoted me.

These people really help you with no ulterior motives. This lady has been working with me for over 2 weeks and never got aggravated, and was always honest with me and showed true compassion to genuinely help me. I haven't actually received service from here, BUT, I would still refer this place to anyone!

Mechanic shops can be intimidating as a young single woman, but my experience at VW Plus was absolutely wonderful. Mrs. Liz was knowledgeable, helpful, and upfront with me throughout the process. Chris is a rockstar mechanic! He diagnosed and fixed the issue within 3 days, and I paid less than the initial quote because of their expertise. Overall, VW Plus is an incredible family owned business serving Acadian and more. I will be back for any and all my VW needs! ?
