No question, this will be the only verizon location i visit from now on. Dylan was the most helpful verizon agent i have had the pleasure of working with thus far. Respectable & did everything possible to assist me! 1st time I've been in store for less than an hour and left beyond satisfied! no time wasted! Hope this guy stays!!!

Me and my boyfriend came here to try and get him a new phone because his was stolen, when we pulled up the only person working was outside arguing with someone on the phone. she had 2 other customers inside waiting on her to finish.

Expect to wait hours for help with anything. Placed an online order for a phone they had in stock and was not able to pick it up day of so came back the next day and still had to wait forever just to talk with the associate. I don’t blame the employee but how the store functions as a whole. Seems like it takes hours just to do one simple thing. I would suggest ordering online instead of going into the store for anything.

Devin helped me tremendously. The lady manager in that store is rude and condescending to her employees and it was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable to witness her refuse to answer basic questions.

Didn't help any. All too expensive and no discounts. It's a crazy world. One place offers a free phone, but you will be charged $33.33 a month for 24 months, but will be reimbursed for it. Then the plans are crazy at $80. to $160. Monthly.

1st time I've ever visited this store. I really hit the jackpot. Amanda is by far the nicest human i have met in a long time. She is extremely polite, thorough. She answered all the questions i had and really won me over. I’ve thought of leaving because when you call for Verizon Asst your automated machine hangs up on people. I appreciate all the help Amanda gave me. She is a keeper.

Ordered my phone with express pick up on April 10th. Waited for confirmation for order pick up for 2 days. Called several times for updates with zero help. Finally on the 12th I went to the store then the associate could not find my phone. Finally he found it. I have lost many many calls for my business resulting in loss of sales. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. I am a 3 year customer of Verizon.
I also spoke with a representative and they did not help at all.

Maddi and her team were amazing. Took care of me in 5 minutes what 5 hours on phone with customer service couldn't do. I will be going to this store for all of my needs from here on out. Restored what little faith in customer service I had with Verizon.
