Worse experience I have ever had.
Mason is the worst rep. I have ever dealt with.
He needs to be retrained on how to handle a customer. Never smiled, took 2 phone calls while waiting on me, then never apologized when confronted on his actions.

Went in after lunch with an account issue. Only one other customer and six employees were in the store. One person helped us and left when we had to call the corporate line. The representative came back once to check on us and disappeared. During this time five other employees sat around and talked without a care in the world, after the other customer left.
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I was referred to this location by another Verizon store that couldn't help with my iPhone issues and was told they had tech support in store. Arriving there at 2 in the afternoon, there was one person working with the only customer in the store. After waiting about 15 minutes, I was waited on and discussed my phone problem. He worked on it, determined one problem but couldn't figure out the second issue. While waiting to download information, he waited on another customer that had arrived. He never came back to finish with me! With employees occasionally appearing from a back room, I flagged someone down. I got Marshall, the manager. After explaining my issues AGAIN, he decided we needed to factory reset the phone, thereby wiping all of my information off the phone. I specifically asked him, twice, if he was sure he could restore my information because I needed a working phone when I walked out. His response was yes, absolutely. After agreeing to try the factory reset, he tried it but it didn't fix the phone. And amazingly he can't get my information back! Really?? No, I can't fix it here, sorry for the misunderstanding. We're not a repair store but you could go to the Apple repair store and they could do it, no problem. After waiting 2 1/2 hours and working with 2 different people, I now get to wait at another store and ultimately the information can't be restored. DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU'RE EXPECTING A KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They sell 5g phones knowing there isn't a single 5g tower. Your phone will stay on LTE, and won't be able to get service in 60% of Lafayette. Charging us an arm and a leg for subpar service. Do I smell a lawsuit?

This store has absolutely no idea what they're doing. If you want your phone set up right go to Best Buy. They offer for you to make an appointment but don't even look at them or prioritize them and people who don't have appointments will be helped over you. I don't know who the manager is here but they need to get their store in check. The worst system.

Avoid Verizon at all costs. Their coverage in Lafayette is so bad that this store doesn't even have internet anymore. It has been getting worse every year. Roughly 20% of Lafayette now has no internet service from Verizon.

Doesn’t Verizon realize how laughably inadequate its network in the Lafayette area is? AT&T and even T-MOBILE have far-surpassed Verizon in terms of network quality in the Lafayette area. To have a SINGLE 5G site in ALL of Lafayette is just embarrassing. The remaining LTE sites are old and congested. Where is the modernization? Verizon is charging premium prices for an inferior network experience. Can’t rest on your laurels for too long, Verizon - look to Sprint as an example of what happens to companies that become complacent…and then multiply the effects tenfold due to leadership that is so arrogant about the brand that they fail to see the brand slipping away before them. If you want slow data and inconsistent service all at a premium price, go with Verizon. It’s a sad day when AT&T of all things is better. Or even T-Mobile…we used to call them T-Maybe! Verizon was once the gold standard in Lafayette and now it’s been left to rot due to arrogance and lack of CAPEX. Can you hear me now, Verizon? Do you even care?
