They sell 5g phones knowing there isn't a single 5g tower. Your phone will stay on LTE, and won't be able to get service in 60% of Lafayette. Charging us an arm and a leg for subpar service. Do I smell a lawsuit?

This store has absolutely no idea what they're doing. If you want your phone set up right go to Best Buy. They offer for you to make an appointment but don't even look at them or prioritize them and people who don't have appointments will be helped over you. I don't know who the manager is here but they need to get their store in check. The worst system.

Avoid Verizon at all costs. Their coverage in Lafayette is so bad that this store doesn't even have internet anymore. It has been getting worse every year. Roughly 20% of Lafayette now has no internet service from Verizon.

Incompetent representatives when trying to actually reach the local store. Bounced all over the Verizon automated phone system. Never reached the store.

Doesn’t Verizon realize how laughably inadequate its network in the Lafayette area is? AT&T and even T-MOBILE have far-surpassed Verizon in terms of network quality in the Lafayette area. To have a SINGLE 5G site in ALL of Lafayette is just embarrassing. The remaining LTE sites are old and congested. Where is the modernization? Verizon is charging premium prices for an inferior network experience. Can’t rest on your laurels for too long, Verizon - look to Sprint as an example of what happens to companies that become complacent…and then multiply the effects tenfold due to leadership that is so arrogant about the brand that they fail to see the brand slipping away before them. If you want slow data and inconsistent service all at a premium price, go with Verizon. It’s a sad day when AT&T of all things is better. Or even T-Mobile…we used to call them T-Maybe! Verizon was once the gold standard in Lafayette and now it’s been left to rot due to arrogance and lack of CAPEX. Can you hear me now, Verizon? Do you even care?

I apologize I’m not one to write bad reviews about any company but this one was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. To contact them via their phone to ask a question they did not respond for a whole drive to their place when I arrived the wait time was horrendous. During the conversation I felt like I was being targeted and implying that I was not a costumer of interest or that I was poor you all know that look they give y’all or the specific words they use. It was quite unfortunate will not do business there ever.

They only sell devices. Don't go if you are having issues with your phone or plan. They will just tell you to call the 800 customer service line. They don't care, you are just a number here. Needless to say I am no longer with Verizon.

I went there for help with my 8yr. old phone that doesn't accept updates anymore. The lady there gave me a detailed explanation of my phone's age related inadequacies. I was informed of my long-term Verizon account that qualified a $700 discount towards a new phone. The delight of the rewards of paying one's bill on time and loyalty to your service provider is satisfying in the end.

Waited 10 minutes while 5 employees walked around and the store had one customer. Another 10 minutes to find out the product they offered me was out of stock.

The youg man that helped me was very nice but he’s I’ll informed and appears to be working on commission. Gave my address and they said the service works at my address and they sold me the service. When I got home the service did not work. Then I spent over an hour getting through to a representative on the phone to cancel and refund the service. They said ok. Almost two weeks later I received a bill in the mail for $26.00. I spent another hour on the phone with a rep with an Indian accent who said he would delete the bill and return my call Monday which was yesterday. I haven’t received a call and im sure I will have to deal with this again. These places make you fight in hopes that you pay and they make money by theft in that aspect. They’re all the same. Horrible!Update, never received a cal. Another 1.5 hours in getting to a live person. They apologized, they always do but their apologies mean nothing. She said she would delete the $26 charge. A week later I received another bill for .03 and two days ago yet another for .08?

Waste of time. They open at 9:00 AM on one Saturday then all of a sudden they open at 10:00 AM on another Saturday. Makes no got darn sense. And then at some points they are supposed to be open and you show up 30 minutes after the time they are supposed to be open and it turns out they are completely closed for the whole day with no notification on Google or anywhere else online stating that they are closed for whatever reason. On top of all this when the store is supposed to be open at a certain time the employees make you wait for 10 freaking minutes extra before they even open the doors. Very unprofessional and very very frustrating. Done wasting my time with Verizon in general. I’m switching to another company. OH!! and did I mention that google will say they are open and you get there 30 minutes after the time they are supposed to be open and they are closed for no apparent reason.
