By far the worst people in pharmacy I have ever delt with...

I haven’t had much luck with other Walgreens locations (or switching to CVS after for a year for that matter) but this location specifically… 1. They’re 100% overworked and understaffed so cut them some lack if they’re not exactly perfect in customer service 2. A few months ago, once I switched back over from CVS, I also switched to different ADHD meds. My doctor told me that if my insurance asks for a PA then I’d need to log in and send a certain doc to her myself to clear the script. BUT when I walked in after work (an hour before they closed) to get a different script that was ready, the lady saw that the ADHD meds needed a PA right? She then worked her magic and sent the PA letter stuff FOR ME to my doctor, and then while I was sitting there waiting for the (already ready) different meds I overheard her casually talking to her co-workers mentioning, “yeah since I came in this morning at 9/10am I haven’t been able to eat anything, not even a granola bar” … excuse me WHAT it’s 7pm ?!?! And the fact that she wasn’t Hangry with me (which I would’ve been) and still she took the initiative to take the extra step and help me out???!!! I just. Can’t imagine her generosity when she’s actually been able to have time to eat!! Lol! Needless to say, the golden rule has and will ALWAYS apply to any situation, and I’m so thankful I had that encounter with her:)

I called the pharmacy to see if they could hold my medication until a certain date because I didn’t want to overdraw in my account with the bank and in the past they allowed it but the pharmacy tech kept telling me no and wouldn’t let me try and explain!! Then the other day another person from that pharmacy called me and didn’t even say my name (it’s not hard to pronounce either) only said, “I have a prescription to be pick up!” Horrible certain staff members in the pharmacy what kind of pharmacy this is if they are refusing to help you!!! They should fire those ones they are refusing to help you and I will gladly transfer my medicine to a different pharmacy from now on!!!

They put an unauthorized charge in my credit card for $600 but they say they might remove it.

This drive-thru pharmacy is as SLOW as molasses. If there are more than 3 cars in it when you get there, you just might be waiting there for 45 minutes, ESPECIALLY during lunch hour or right after work!Just go inside. They also close their pharmacy/drive-thru window at 1:30pm on weekdays for lunch.

Very aggravated with the service here. I scheduled a rapid covid test and I actually received an original confirmation email AND a second confirmation email stating that “nothing has changed” and giving me instructions on what to do when I got there. Well when I got there, there was a sign on the door stating that the pharmacy was closed and all tests and vaccines had been put on pause. They didn’t even bother to send me a follow up email or a phone call telling me it was cancelled. I needed the test today because I have class. What angers me more is that they sent not 1 but 2 confirmation emails and told me that nothing has changed. Very aggravated and I do not recommend coming here if you want RELIABLE service.

-100. Don’t get any medications called into here unless you can handle them being around a week late each time. You’d swear that they get a bonus for each day that they give you the runaround. Ignoring prescriber’s orders constantly. You’re better off going ANYWHERE else.

I have been a customer here for 15 years. My husband and I have always come here to get our meds filled. From now on, I will drive out of my way to go to Costco instead. We've gotten half of the number of tablets we were supposed to get and I've had to argue with the pharmacist. The pharmacist is rude and arrogant. I had to bring my husband's medication schedule and an empty bottle to prove to the pharmacist that my husband should be getting 34 tablets a month, not 14. We've gotten the wrong medication. I've told them at least 5 times now that husband doesn't take the medication for headaches anymore because it makes his hands numb. He's a mechanic and it's dangerous for him to work when he can not feel his hands. They still fill this one. Every damn time I go to pick up his warfarin, they charge me for the headache medicine. This last time, my husband called to make sure his warfarin was filled and not the headache medicine. They reassured him over the phone that it was. I went to pick it up at 10 am and was told that his warfarin was not filled, the headache medication was. I asked once again to not fill the headache anymore and to fill his warfarin. I called at 2 pm to see if it had been filled, the pharmacist had not even tried to fill it yet. It was not ready until 3 pm. 3 months on a row, I've called in the morning to have something filled, gone in at 2 to pick it up and have been told "it's not in the computer, we can have it ready by 6." They're using the Coronavirus as their excuse now but no, it's been like this for MONTHS now. Get your s*** together. Until then, I'm going across town to Costco.

It's been a while since I felt a need to perform a review on Walgreens or even more so, update a review. However, here we are. I went in today for a passport photo and received one of the rudest comments from an employee in while. I travel a lot and in fact, i am only going to be home 2 days in February and I need to renew my passport for work. I went in and after paging someone to the photo section, she came over and said "what do you need?" I said I need a passport photo. She replied "look, those are time consuming and I'm busy with another situation." I said "do you do passport photos today". Reply: "yes we do, but I'm dealing with something. Come back in a few hours". It's sad state when customers get in the way of a customer service representative doing their work!!?? Shame on you Walgreens for your shitty service and for hiring idiots like that. I didn't know a photo took all the labor in the store and would shut down the place. Enjoy!

My daughter was extremely frightened to get her flu vaccine. The pharmacist was so patient and encouraging. It was greatly appreciated!

Was there recently with a buddy of mine, driving through the pharmacy window. He was picking up a prescription and while he was getting it back, we found out he didn't get his credit card back. When we got home, he realized it and decided to go back. Visibly upset, he went in and asked for he manager. The manager, Ms. Daie, has no problem letting him take a look at the survallence. Looking at it for a while, he saw that it had slipped into the pharmacy window. The manager was very helpful and very nice to help us. She made our experience with the pharmacy better and definitely made up for the poor behavior of the pharmacist that had dropped it.
